It's been a long time Samsung always with "edge" type, and with small improvement every type. And always left behind from other brand, fingerprint scanner in screen, gaming phone, dual even triple camera, assistant, etc. Let's hope Samsung more innovative and faster release then the other brand, we'll see about folded smartphone later. Be careful samsung, "big headed" company will get crushed by other company that always open minded. Hope you guys learn from BB or nokia.

iPhone style price increasing will only result in reduced sales.Samsung should stop considering apple iPhone as a benchmark for features and pricing and instead focus on their original customer base or lose them to the Chinese.

Buying older flagships without worrying latest updates is one of the factors that normal people do though. :)

And all the other mediocre Samsung devices which are more costly and the slow updates if any. After being a Samsung supporter since 2005 moved on to xiaomi and never regret. Will not even consider Samsung phones anymore.

The real problem that Samsung still refuses to realize is their aggressive pricing. GS9 and likely Note 9 is and will be overpriced. For people having GS7 or GS8 it is not worth "upgrading". They also need to debloat and optimize their UI a lot, I mean a lot!
They need to realize that they are lacking by a lot in terms of software. Samung needs to change this drastically otherwise sales will continue to decline. Samsung is in desperate need of change and it has to come soon.
