Sorry guys, but these results are BULLSHIT. Why? Because most people don't even use the stock browser on android phones, as you have the option to completely replace it with something better.
I use Dolphin browser, and I ran both the sunspider benchmark (got 2055), and the Browsermark benchmark (got over 90000).
My phone? Motorola Atrix. Hardly the best Android phone available right now.
With ICS I expect even the stock browser will be beating the iphone 4S.

Iphne users that do know something about phones don't even realize how many people have the Iphone just because it's an Iphone. They know nothing about technology or phones. They just saw it on tv or someone said Iphone is best....Next thing you know...They have an Iphone and they think they are so cool. Meanwhile you can tell them 50 things about the phone and they will stare blankly at you like your an alien. Then if you tell them the reasons you like it or another phone better they look at you like that again and say I have an Iphone...It's better. That is about 90% of Iphone users and that's what makes this so ridiculous. Also they are the ones that make up more then have of the fanboy basher comments on here that fuel so much fire.

Even my LG ALLY rarely ever has a hiccup and for a while I was running on 15mbs of free space most of the time on average and still use the stock browser. Even before I overclocked and got a custom launcher and all I almost never had any issues what so ever. It runs great.

Because there isn't otterbox for Samsung or any other company. And there isn't a bazillion other kinda of hard cases, gel cases, and pouches across millions of stores....nope only for Iphone. You must know everything or something. Lol.
And how is it a plus if your Iphone can shatter when dropped, but not with a case...Yet the GS2 will most likely not break without a case, but you still have the option for any great case?

Sorry if u misunderstood my above statement. Pls check the comments to which I had replied.
The context was different. He was claiming that the bigger screen size of GS2 made it look less of a performer than Iphone. I was just explaining the fact that the nbr of pixels that need to be worked upon will affect the performance and not the screen size that affects it.

All these tossers going on about larger screens are welcome to their cumbersome and unwieldy phones although they always forget to mention this rather annoying feature.

I was very ipressed in the very 1st time I tried a HTC HD7. I haven't tried WP 7.5, but I'm pretty sure it's even more better. I'm also waiting for N9, because I really want to try it out.

hi i am GS2 user ,i am writing this not to mention that i love gs2 a lot or hate apple a lot i just want to say that if u reduce the screen size of gs2 to 3.5 inches it will give almost same benchmarks like apple 4s or better cause due to 4.3 inches of gs2 takes more data while browsing and also the gpu has to render quality graphics to big screen and i dont have to mention other features cause u guys are smart enough to understand .just want to say that if apple cud have increased the screen size atleast to 4.inches i wud have made apple fans happy.sorry apple fans if i made u feel bad.

Come to a country like Singapore where I am where almost 80% of the population uses iPhones and ask them why they bought it...I promise you 90% won't be able to give you a proper answer other than "My friends use it." or "everyone's buying it." or "It's by Apple.". Some don't even know the name of the OS it's running! And these are the people who switched over to the SII when it came out just because word got around that it was better which annoys the hell out of me because these are the same people who told me "iPhone is the best and I won't switch to Android ever!" days before the SII were available to the public...
