3D Memories, 09 Aug 2018The beast is here! The best and the most complete phone of ... more1) No notch is definitely a negative. If they would include a notch then the phone would had been shorter and thus pocketable. Most pockets top at 15cm. This phone is not pocketable period. That is a GIANT negative all because you fanboys don't get that fashion doesn't matter, being able to pocket my freaking phone does!

    2) 3.5mm: Irrelevant, adapters are dirt cheap. It mostly made the phone bigger withoutngiveing you anything that a $2 adapter can't solve (you constantly have it on the headphones so you don't need to take it w you

    4) Battery is big. Could be bigger if they were more economical w space and don't include the horrible 3.5mm jack.

W the rest O agree. First decent Note phone after many years.

remote s-pen, fornite, similar screen size and battery, 1TB? Who still need all of these? Let go back to another brand and cheaper price.

I really wish I could have a note cause of the pen (I love drawing and writing on it)

          but 1000$ whaaaat

I do that with my Z5, even playing with it like it's a toy. I doubt a case can take this force without breaking off.

It still doesn't have proper stereo speakers and that's a no go for me. Don't make me start on the fm radio.

Yes it's a note8+, it's only a very small evolution nothing to write home about so it doesn't worth the 1000€ price tag by a long shot.

If you like the troll design with the troll's one eye wounded fine, still it's a monster ewww

So yeah, it doesn't have everything to be called the best. It's a shoe that's what it is.

Looks like I need to skip this because I only see a 10% increase of features from my Note8. I do not need to spend $999 to experience a 20% increase of battery capacity, nor the remote ability of the S Pen - my Gear S3 already can do that and more, nor the minute displacement of the fingerprint scanner, nor do I need the changing aperture, and everything else is the same as the Note8.

Owners of older Galaxy devices are the targets for the Note9. Enjoy.

                  Not even close. Why?
Just compare them side by side if you buy Sony's phone and you lose a lot of features with that eye soring price.
Samsung still wins. Sony's mobile division needs work, or retire now like HTC.

AnonD-758594, 10 Aug 2018I do not know who the heck are you or your wife. Why bring ... moreFor the first part: just wanted to clarify that someone else that Kiyasuriin trusts takes care of it. It is none of all the world's buisness.
As for the second: It's bluetooth enabled. I don't think ANY galaxy note ever had that feature (oh. Wait. None of them had it!) And this is new thing. Secondly, by purchasing the XZ2P you're losing a pen, losing a headphone jack, get HALF the storage, worse cameras (grainy picturs), no option to toggle resolution. No Desktop mode. And a weird location of the FPS.
For Mate 20, it's not even out.

As for the phone, I want something extra to convince me to pay the premium 1000 EUR for it. This phone is basically the Note 8 with a slightly bigger battery and a yellow stylus. Why would I buy this when the Note 8 is half price? Or for 1000 EUR, I could buy the upcoming Iphone or the Sony XZ2 Premium which is better is all aspects

Hmm weak phone. Its gonna lose sales once the Mate 20 series is out from Huawei.

It will have a faster Kirin Chip.
It will be built on 7nm.
It will have way better cameras.
It will have better battery life.
It will have newer Android Veraion (9.0)
