Its still a new firm and is still learning in few(i really mean few) sectors. Everyone does. Hope that the new ICS will change this opinion of yours.Anywhich ways you and me are a consumer, neither you nor me can change each others opinion about a product or lets say anything. you pay for it and you deserve better and it seems that unfortunately it hasnt met your expectation, so yes you are in a free world to decide whatever you want next. In tech sector if i have to say... i can very easily tell you a lot of things about the WP7/IOS which are not in thier favour but then like i said its ultimately our choice. you are free to express your feelings and so am i but just because it didnt meet your expectation doesnt mean that its not good. right mate?

someone, 14 Oct 2011big phones ..... or do u mean mini tablets. 4.65 inches ... moreI thought the same when Galaxy S II was announced but I gave it a try and I don't regret it. I'm pretty satisfied with my smartphone with the size and performance. You should try it first and make a statement later

Google next year with be talking about quad core. as yet they have done nothing with the Dual core that is inside the phone i am open for correction but we are in a tech blogg which means you and me have a interest in tech. so it really does not count. Google use this souped up hardware to sell phones but of yet have done nothing that really pushes all the specs on it. Nor have they as of this moment done anything to attract developers to really utilse the powerfull chips that lay inside these phones. so as i said before these phones just become bragging rights of those that are in tech nothing more.

Not all of us wear the ... moreCompletely agree mate but generation keeps on evolving. when at first we came out of the world of 2.4inches we critizised even 3.5 inches but look today we are pretty much ok with that. Yesterday we all were happy with just calls and texts but today we need more. It happens my friend and it will happen in the futute as well. things will keep on changing :)

You dont like it...its ok....But let me correct your statement that big means nothing. Software is only well recognized when it has better hardware. otherwise you would still be living in the old world.

They could put all the whistles and bells they like on this phone i am not interested i have been with Android since the early days and it is a complete mess. yes they are going to tell you it has an amazing screen and its fast with its dual yet Google cant seem to attract developers that make amazing apps and games for this thing really to be worth it. The size of the phone will put of the average user its just to big and the screen shots looks like it was designed by someone who is really into maths, honeycombe on a phone is a bad idea. you can bet a £1 that there will be some software issue with this there always is and it will lag without a doubt. Nothing with Google is ever completed finshed or fully relised and i am tired of it. they have no sense of the average user try giving this phone to someone who is geting there first smart phone it would be a complete fail. Microsoft/Apple my next phone will be from one of you. sorry to say Google is run by little nerds who think bigger and faster is all there is to making a usuable and accessible smart phone. i would love to see the figures of people who swap there Android phone for something else. I await the ranting and ravings about my comment

Coz the the trousers we(adults) wear have pocket size enough to slide in a SGSII or Nexus Prime..
or for that matter a DELL streak as well..??

If i didn't know this article pointed to the Nexus Prime and if i didn't know that this thing had a curved screen I would have instantly mistook it for an iphone 4.

I only hope that ICS will support all sorts of gaming accesories as was demoed at Google I/O back in june.
This will make my day with the emulators :)
