Anonymous, 28 Aug 2018Hacked is an issue with security. You are completely dense.... moreAgain, the discussion was about PRIVACY. Privacy is not the same thing as security.
Secondly, what kind of hacking are you talking about?

And you actually had the audacity to go on a severe rant about that. And clearly there is plenty security issues to go around.
You really need to grow up. And learn to use your brain

Carol, 28 Aug 2018Especially when they lie to their customers how safe apple ... moreFirst of all, we're discussing customer privacy here, nothing else. You seem to have missed that completely in your rant.
Secondly, when did they claim they never get hacked or infected? Their online services remain unbreached to this day however. Any security vulnerabilities are often patched the same day they're found. They're not exactly slacking in security.
The iCloud leak wasn't related to Apple, but rather celebrities connecting to an open wifi, which hackers had set up to steal their data. Android phones and Windows computers are just as vulnerable to this threat, which is why you are advised to NEVER connect to an open wifi.
The CPU throttling wasn't a lie either. Apple was throttling the CPU in phones with very worn down batteries to prevent the issue of sudden shutdown during power spikes; something all electronics experience. Apple even displayed information saying "Your battery may need to be serviced" when the throttling had to kick in, so that they could have their battery checked. Not telling their users of every single technical innovation and solution they make isn't "lying". You need to get a grip of yourself.
Bendgate wasn't about using cheap materials. They used the same aluminium everyone else uses. The issue was that the bend tests were performed at the center of the devices, when the weakness was near the top of the Plus device. You also needed to apply quite a bit of pressure to bend it. Apple fixed this weakness in the same generation though, and adjusted their durability tests for subsequent generations.
And in conclusion about privacy; Apple makes a business out of respecting your privacy and collecting zero information on you. That's part of why their hardware is more expensive; they only make money from selling their hardware and services. They don't collect your data to sell it on to advertisers like Google and Microsoft do.

That's logical

Anonymous, 28 Aug 2018Hmm everyone is talking about 5G.. i mean some places are s... more5G, 6G, 8G all eat our battery like gas guzzlers! We need optimal network. Right now the content size match up to 4G speed streaming. For us to go for higher bandwidth we need the content size to go exponentially upward without any upper limits for data consumption. Unless websites, mobile phone makers and ISPs deliberately throttle 4G network forcing us to adopt 5G et al, I don't see the need for quite a few years from now

Hmm everyone is talking about 5G.. i mean some places are still on 3G.. so even when 5G comes out next year.. i cant see it being fully useable unless in the city.. for atleast another year after. Where You will have full 4G bars.. most of the time.. so unless this can counter underground .. or boost the signal down there.. seems a bit over kill imo for anyone to be worrying .. i mean out of the 100% of users.. how many really have a issue loading pages on 4G full bars.. so unless you download a movie on the train or on the go.. seems pretty over kill

KamAbdi, 28 Aug 2018Even tho??? Wouldn't their phones have 5G next year??? Even... moreYou still don't seem to get it. I am talking about 5G infrastructure only. The Australian government has stated they are not going to let Huawei or ZTE build 5G mobile/cellular network towers here. However they have not banned their 5G phones and modems from being sold. Not yet anyway.

Anonymous, 28 Aug 2018Hahaha do you believe the prices made up by this guy? I bet... moreThat is welcome by Huawei and other Chinese makers. As long as Apple and Samsung keep making expensive phones that are not worthy of the price they ask, there will be more and more rooms for Chinese makers. From this winter, there will be more memory lines starting operation in China. It is not long to see how Chinese makers kill Samsung.
Same story occured in past decades will be played again soon.
