So if my phone has a cracked screen, i need to to pay for fixing it (that's like $500) before they repair my bricked phone? What if the cracked screen don't bother me or what if i don't have the money to repair it? They will refuse to fix my bricked phone which is entirely a different issue and has nothing to do with the cracked screen. This is pathetic!
