So there is a 250$ price difference between the XS and XR. And we are to believe that this difference comes from the second camera and amoled screen instead of LCD screen. It is clearly that apple is greedy and wants more profit since there is no explanation for those insane prices. People should stop buying the XS and XS max until Apple acknowledges that we wont pay any amount they want.

Agonizingly slow bluetooth transfers with zero option for ultrafast usb transfer, paying for songs you already own in CD albums and using wifi or data to download them again from the convoluted, archaic, iTunes app because Apple likes to milk its hapless, naive users, over and over again. And you have the audacity to assume all Android users steal copyrighted material. Well for your information iPhone fanatic, I own original CD's of all music stored in my PC. And I can transfer them any time I want and not have to pay for them again. And I even ripped many of them in lossless FLAC format for the best audio quality, and are stored in my 200GB micro sd card, your limited internal storage lowest priced iPhone model could only dream of. And how assuming of you to think only iphone owners pay for their apps. Well iPhone fanatic, you couldn't be more wrong. I pay for all my premium apps and back up all apps (paid and free) as apks so I don't have to waste data to redownload and install them in ALL my devices. You mean to say I will waste 40GB-60GB of data for each and every device my household owns which bears my account? If that's what you do and the only way to do it in iOS then how sad and unfortunate. I pity you wasting time and money re-downloading everything again and paying again for each and every i-device. And you keep on saying you don't use screen sharing, and nobody else in the iphone world does. Is that really so? :) I can only laugh at your your sorry condition. The truth is, you don't use it because you'll have to purchase an overpriced accessory to do it, and even then, will still need WI-FI access, How sad, owning a $1000++ iphone but never able to view those beautiful photos and scenic 4K 60fps videos captured by your iPhone in a 60" 4K UHD tv because you find the Apple tv accessory grossly overpriced. The truth really hurts, doesn't it? :)

Not sure why people still think cables are still a thing. It's all wireless for me, well except for charging my laptop, tablet, and phone. Once these will be readily available in coffee shops, cars, public transportation, planes, wireless charging all the way!

          Copy music to and from other devices? No thanks, that's called stealing. The normal thing to do is to use Spotify or some other legal music buying app and save your music for offline listening. Easy and fair. iTunes is not needed.
          Custom ringtones? You can get them from the store as well if really needed.

          As for restrictive... if you mean restrictive as in 'not allowing you to install cracked apps or modify the OS' that is just irrelevant. Apps should be bought so developers can get paid and continue working on improving their apps. And the OS needs to work the way it was designed, it should not be open for the user to tinker with.
          If you are talking about customization with different launchers, icon packs, widgets, etc. - that is also a nice feature in theory but it's not so nice in practive. You will never be able to get a user interface layout that works 100% right in all areas of the OS, all menus, submenus, etc. and you will never find an icon pack that includes icons for all apps you have installed. Had android phones for 8 years and have customised the sh-t out of them, but there was always something not quite right. Now I have an iPhone for the past 8 months and I don't want to change anything in the user interface. I now use the apps more instead of fidgeting with layouts and other stuff which has no real value. (because you don't sit there looking at your homescreen for hours; you use the apps on your phone instead)
          If you feel the need to fidget with stuff constantly, you might suffer from adhd. I know what that feels like.

          But still, 99% of people don't use screen share because they don't need it. And there's maybe 0.9% of users who use that every once in a while, and another 0.1% (like you and the people you are talking about) who use it fairly often. Again, it's something that's rarely used.

          And indeed, iOS is vastly more secure than any android version out there. That is due to how the OS is built. If you use strong passwords and you know not to use the same password on all your accounts, it's all good. But android phones can get hacked regardless of what passwords you use and how many precautions you take. That is because the OS is full of security holes. Whereas iOS will be rock solid secure if you take care of your credentials.

          I used to hate Apple and iPhones before, the whole time I had used android phones over the past 8 years. But once I got an iPhone7 about 8 months ago (I got it for free) I started understading why some people like them. They just work, the UI and UX is consistent (unlike android's), they rarely bug out, and they let you focus on the stuff you do with your phone instead of focusing on the phone itself. Hard to explain in words, but you just feel safe, secure, and well covered when using an iPhone.

          Whereas you never know what to expect with and android phone. Maybe something force closes, maybe you get a virus from some webpage, you install an antivirus to counter that but then the phone's performance drops, the UI is not polished and is sometimes inconsistent, you might need to restart the phone when you need it most, and other random hiccups. Of course, the iPhone is not perfect because no device can be perfect, but it has far less hiccups than any android phone. Only had a single app close itself once in 8 months of usage with my iPhone, while on android I had apps force closing almost every day or every couple of days. I'm a heavy user, so I push my phone to its limits.

                          It's really pointless convincing iphone users they are being ripped off by Apple with a $1,000++ phone with limited capabilities. They will defend Apple that the price is worth it because of premium blah blah blah yet they secretly suffer in silence for not being able to do the simple mundane things even a cheap android phones can do. All in the name of fake prestige. If I want prestige, I'd rather spend the same amount on some gold jewelry or mechanical swiss watch rather than waste it on a jurassic device incapable of the most basic of customizations, file transfers, and screen sharing.

A $1,000 ++ phone that can't even transfer files to and from PC and to and from other phones via usb or usb cable. Can't even copy an mp3 song in your PC to your iphone and make it a ringtone! Wow, everything has to be needlessly complicated and convoluted and done via horrific itunes. You call that convenience? In a $1,000 ++ phone? You pay for that amount and suffer in silence for the prestigious jurassic iPhone? Wow, you must really be an iphone fanatic to give up your freedom and flexibility for some archaic, overly restrictive, limited user experience. It's the most suffocating user experience ever - unless all you do with your iPhone is call, text, Facebook, and Youtube. And no, stop justifying people don't use screen share. Just because your iPhone can't do it without some overpriced accessory doesn't mean people don't use or want it. Wow! Who wouldn't want to see a video or photo on his phone screen shared on the big screen tv? When changing the f stop (aperture value) you can see that even the model's hair get blurry/clear as well as the stuff in front of the model. So Apple's feature actually works like a real camera lens where both the front and back of the focused subject are getting blurred. And they are blurred gradually, depending on how close/far away they are from the focus point. That is depth of field.

                                  Samsung and other android versions just separate the picture into two planes: the focus plane and the background plane. There's no gradual blurring where stuff is sharper when closer to the focus plane and blurrier when is farther from it. Stuff is either in full focus or fully out of focus, there's no in-between.

What Apple does now with their phones is exactly what was done a year ago on Android phones, whatever they would like to call that 'feature': they adjust the amount of background blur (the second point you described).

                                      Xs and Xs max are definitely for sheeps who eat money. For that money yes they need to deliver best in class user experience. When people are ready to buy these gimmmicks, apple will keep piling up the cash.

                                      Xr will do very well this time, because of the pricing. Because most of the sheeps will buy this. But does it worthy beyond Android flagships? The most expensive Android flagship will be many times better than this gimmick. At end of the day droids are droids and sheeps are sheeps. Meheheheheheheh... Its sheep flocking time.....

                                        Not sure on where you live, what you can afford in terms of wireless and mobile data, but if you care for the costs of those, then the iPhone is not the right choice for you. And it doesn't have to be affordable to everybody, just for the few that can actually afford it and afford to use it as it was meant to be used. (aka wireless headphones, wireless data transfers, cloud storage, no case, no screen protectors, no bumpers)
                                        People buy stuff that is over their budget and then complain that it's too expensive to use/repair/replace said stuff when needed. That's never a good way to decide on what you need to buy.

                                        And hate however much you want, it is more expensive to manufacture a small and powerful device rather than a big one that is not limited by small spaces and heat dissipation issues that small ones have. It is also much more expensive to come up with your own hardware and software designs rather than copying other hardware designs and creating a mere skin for an open source OS.

                                        Also, people rarely (almost never) share their phone screens onto TVs - maybe you and a few friends of yours just discovered this feature and are playing around with it and are amazed by it. Otherwise it's just a gimmick.

                                        It would be great if the iPhone would cost $5000 or more so that the normal random people would not buy it and then they would not have a reason to complain about it.
                                        Anyway, the people who complain about phone prices are those who go over their budget when getting a new handset. Those who earn more money do not care about costs and gimmick features - they care about the whole user experience (including customer support, store and buying experience, handset reliability as in least software/hardware crashes, least bugs, etc.) and that's why those who own an iPhone and don't care about costs will tell you that "It just works!". They don't consider android phones because they come with more crashes, bugs, and more inconsistencies compared to iPhones.

                                        It's hard to explain these things in words, but the bottom line is: if you are worrying about costs and thinking about most bang for your buck, get an android phone. Otherwise, if money is not an issue, get an iPhone.

                                        Just don't get an iPhone in order to pretend that money is not an issue for you when you can't actually afford to own it. There's a difference between being able to buy something and being able to own/afford something. As an example, if you make $300 a month, you could theoretically get $50.000 out of a lottery ticket and you could then buy a Dodge Charger or some other big engine sports car. But you wouldn't be able to keep up with the costs for gas, changing the oil, getting new sports tyres, replacing a broken mirror, etc.

                                        That means you can buy the car but you can't/don't own it. And thus you would probably be much better getting a bike, a moped, or a small engine car which you can keep up with in terms of monthly running costs.
