Apple should have given the Physical Dual Sim Phone to India alongwith China, and also replaced the proprietary lightning port with the Industry Standard 3.0 USB - C port.
Don't know what enemity they have with the 3.5 mm audio jack? It should have been brought back, but instead they stop giving the Lightning to 3.5 mm adapter, great!
Why do they have to remove the FM Radio from most of the phones these days? It's not so costly. Should have given a 4000 mAh battery at least.
What about the Fingerprint biometric security? They could have given an under screen Ultrasonic Fingerprint scanner.
And Apple is finally going the Samsung phablet way with 6.5 inch screens, but why not give 4.5 inch or 5 inch phones to those who want smaller ones?
Why not give a Fast Charger with this?
Last and most important, starting range is from Rs. 1 lakh, as if these phones are going to last forever or even 10 years! How do you justify these obscenely exorbitant vulgar shameless prices?
Better to buy Gold and Diamond ornaments instead. You can even buy 2 laptops or a Motorcycle for that amount. Seems that Apple thinks their fanboys are Imbecile Cretin Brainless Idiots, which is sadly turning out to be true!

Anonymous, 13 Sep 2018Announcement of the most boring and grossly overpriced annu... moreIf you can't afford something, just buy something else which is cheaper. Nobody is forcing you to buy something which you consider to be expensive.
Premium products are meant to be bought by people who don't care about spending $1000 per month for a new phone. (buying it and actually owning it, as in using it without cases/bumpers/protectors, without worrying that it will fall on the floor, get a crack in the screen and then be unable to replace it. Just use it as it is and if you destroy it, you either have it repaired or you buy a new one the next day without thinking about the money you spent on it. That's what means owning a phone vs. buying a phone that you cannot afford)

ThunderCrackR, 13 Sep 2018'allows you to adjust the depth of field after a photo has ... moreChanging the depth of field is different to changing the blur amount.
Depth of field refers to how much/how little of the picture is in focus and it's a gradual thing. You can have the subject in perfect focus and another 20 inches behind it still in focus. Or you can have the subject in perfect focus and another 10 feet behind it still in focus. Or more than 10 feet. Or less than 20 inches.
Changing the blur amount just modifies the strength of the blur behind the subject, but cannot bring in more stuff in focus or out of focus. Whatever is behind of the subject is either blurred (by an adjustable amount) or not.

imRGZ, 13 Sep 2018It’s irrelevant to all others excluding you. Speed differen... moreI don't talk about speed difference in multitasking or whatsoever (I don't care about 1s difference)... I talk about the phones being laggy on the long term. None of the iPhones I've owned was laggy, even after major software updates. Yes, the battery was draining faster, but that's it.
All the Android phones I've owned were laggy after a while, so I talk about personal experiences and not just to bash Android... Plus I see the Android phone my husband has, he is going crazy with his phone.
Now I guess it might be different with stock Android or near-stock (Nokia), but definitely not with all the heavy and useless bloatwares Huawei, Samsung, Xiaomi, Sony or other HTC is putting inside its phones.
Now, Apple si definitely going crazy with their prices... I have an iPhone 8 Plus and I'll pass on that one, maybe next year if I am able to resell my 8 Plus at a good price in order to pay less the 2019 iPhone.

Anonymous, 13 Sep 2018New 7nm processor Stereo speakers IP68 certified So mu... moreAye, A11 chipset gets better benchmark scores, but it's pointless without having software that can take advantage of that processing power. Hence why some Android flagships beat the X in real-life performance, like XZ2

Darshada, 13 Sep 2018Well it's still relevant and it matters more to me than bei... moreIt’s irrelevant to all others excluding you. Speed difference between iPhones and latest Android flagships is hardly not more than a second. And having more features out of the box, well that miniscule speed difference doesnt matter. Yeah you can do a lot of world changing deeds with the second you saved using iPhones.

Anonymous, 13 Sep 2018They love the logo. True. a phone is one of the few things that you can carry always with you while being able to show that you can afford an expensive stuff trying to prove you are in a higher class than others. this is the ultimate goal of consumerism that is grasping all of us.

'allows you to adjust the depth of field after a photo has been taken...' - '...as on recent Samsung flagships'.
That's how it should have been said. Well, this is the situation with every article about an Android product; you don't forget to mention this kind of details in those materials. Originality is skipped only when it comes to Apple's.
