Pre-orders for the Apple iPhone XS and XS Max are now open

The first wave of iPhone XS and XS Max pre-orders starts today, shipping begins next Friday.

Not providing a fast charger is expected of Apple, but I hope they allow 3rd party brands to make them. For the price of the Xr, I expected 3d Touch & 1080p screen as standard,
considering that 1080p LCD screens are proven tech, widely available and cheap to produce, sad Apple cheap out on that. I'll hold further judgement until viewing the liquid retina screen in person...

              Geric.770, 15 Sep 2018One more question for you: Why is Apple still implying sma... morewhy are you so concerned about this when it doesn't affect you one bit? iv been using an iphone 7 plus 256gb since launch back in 2016. battery life is still good as it lasts me the whole day and ill put it on charge at night. no issue for me not one bit. maybe if it had fast charging support like the newer iphones, and if I purchased the faster plug, maybe just maybe my battery would be worse by now. so I don't mind one bit not having a faster charging plug.
              im not employed by apple nor do I work in the battery department. so I can only answer ur question like I have done. but the fact I made at beginning is true... ur not purchasing one so why you so concerned? I get iphones attract the haters like a big giant magnet but who wants to be a hater?? iv not once mentioned android in negative way bcuz lifes too short to cry about silly things

                    Geric.770, 15 Sep 2018I understand those other Android phones don't ship too, but... moreyes but the actual ios users don't complain but only android users. doesn't that mean something? maybe people aren't bothered if their phones can charge quicker if they get a fast charging plug but a lot wouldn't care as long as they can charge and never run out of battery then life is still good. there will be some who will want to purchase the faster plug if they wish to.
                    maybe theres some hidden truth that fast charging can reduce battery longevity but that's a different subject.
                    thank goodness new iphones now come with stereo video recording otherwise there would be another article filled with raging comments from android users again. its funny though noticing the negative side of people over a phone :D

                              These are the flagships. iPhone XR for the first time, has no artificial limitation, and will continue to eat downwards into the mid-range market. Samsung is in trouble.
