The regular Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a clear cutout for the fingerprint reader to go on the back.

"Teardowns revealed all three imagers feature some sort of optical stabilization, but the 3x one has the best among those and is the only one officially marketed as having OIS."

So technically all 3 cameras do have OIS. Also just because the P20 Pro's OIS wasn't very good on video doesn't mean the Mate 20 Pro will have the same issue.

Second: GSMarena Quote taken from Huawei P20 pro's review>

''Stabilization is only available in 1080p/30fps and not in 4K or 1080p/60fps. It is super effective and you can see the difference in the viewfinder as you're shooting. What you can't see is that the stabilized 1080p footage is much softer and less detailed than regular 1080p - it's looking more like upscaled 720p. Non-stabilized footage, on the other hand, is extra jerky, so we're not sure which side we're leaning on. In any case, shooting video while walking is not a good idea with the P20 Pro.''

    There you have it.

I sincerely doubt this won't have OIS when the P20 Pro had OIS on all 3 lenses.

Don't get too exited. Most probably they are going to introduce a phone with some cut corners, priced as high as an iphone or Galaxy.
And those corners are likely to be:
            - IP67 instead of IP68
            - No Optical Image Stabilization (OIS)
            - No MicroSD slot
            - Corning Gorilla Glass (UNSPECIFIED VERSION) --Just a fancy way to let you know they didn't use the latest/best version--

And yet they will price it as high as IPhone X'S/ NOTE9 or higher.

Get ready for a high DXO score, that ignores the video quality. Bit bummed that they are using a curved screen on the Pro, that device is surely the one to buy, screen aside.
