Huawei claims the Kirin 980 is faster than Apple’s A12 Bionic

        May be they are taking about manipulated benchmark! Both sides know the trick now! In any case I use Kirin 970 and never had any issues with anything including performance...they all look same, may be after the os upgrade and may be year and half, some possibilities of show performance

            That is a bold statement to say, but I like the ambitiousness of Huawei. We'll wait for the benchmarks, and speed tests then.

                  Lol we'll see when the 980 actually arrives. This might just be to raise hype. It won't be the first time Huawei will have lied about performance.

                  On the flip side, if it is actually true, then it is great news. At least now Qualcomm will have to put effort into their chips.
