Is this just a trademark to use rather than the actual tech/patent? Steange that they would work with Light and not carl zeiss for this after pushing zeiss lens.

My only issue is stock Android especially the app drawer . If they would change it like Sony to be side wise instead of a vertical scroll. It might not be so bad.

HMD, hope that rounded back finger print scanner shoild NEVER BE USED for future NOKIAs... Its a reminder of copier phones, it is synonymous to China branded phones ...BE DISTINCTIVE like Nokias by Nokia...Nokia N9 design should be used... Very much ahead in its design and UI...

Its still Finland Brand made by Chinese company Known as Foxconn same company which makes apple phones.
HMD and Foxconn are two different companies but together are Nokia.

HMD's Nokia isn't the same as the Nokia of old. Also, based on what we know so far, the Nokia 9 is taking a very different approach to photography, as compared to the legendary PureView 808 or PureView 1020...
Let's wait and see what the reality is like...

I was looking at a report at how the multi lens set up feeds back simultaneously to the sensor, in this case a night shot in a park under a street light. You could change how the lighting affected left and right sectors and more that brought a night shot to life. Too hard to explain but the result was fantastic.
In the Nokia 9, I like that the cameras have no protrusion. Either way, with an open mind, it is going to be interesting to see what it brings to the table. Should be beautiful given the track record, solidness etc to date. For me this year, it was going to be out of Pixel 3 small and Nokia 9. Given so many are using shiny glass backs, which look filthy in no time, I am glad Pixel is using a frosted finish. Attention to detail and finesse wins the race. Bring it on.

Nokia puredisplay tech works with gloves which is another + for Nokia
Hope nokia 9 comes with puredisplay as well as 5 camera lenses ....been waiting for this for a year now... got the p20pro since i had get a phone, but will surely sell that to get the Nokia 9
