Kingslayer, 02 Oct 2018Interesting. The Lumia 1020 had an amazing camera for it... moreThat phone was also without camera limitations. Since hmd took over, the camera has been limited on the flagships. 3rd party camera apps could boost it a little bit, but it was still very limited. A big shame, because Carl zeiss is great and was really great on the old Nokia.

I hope Nokia's five sensors comprise of a 41MP Quad Bayer Sony camera, an IMX400 camera, IMX 386 Dual Pixel camera, best Telephoto camera sensor from Samsung and best Wide angle sensor from LG.
I don't care if it all costs $1000 as long as it has a headphone jack, IP67/68, two Nokia 8 speakers (makes it into Stereo) and that's about it.

As a Nokia - Symbian - Meego fan, and a still holder of legendary Nokia N9, I would like to express my feelings; Nokia at the hands of HMD Global is just a disgrace.
I believe Nokia Corporation should retakes thing in their own hands and control the business before a bunch of some Android fans ruin it all at HMD Global. Nokia Corporation shoul start investing in an innovative OS. Any one who used a Meego device will easily notice that both android and iOS are getting to be more like swipe UI same as where Nokia left in 2013. Meego has done that UI long time ago and rivals just getting it now. I hope those smart guys will be hired by Nokia Corp again soon. So we can see the resurrection of a Mobile Phone giant soon.

I appreciate what Nokia is willing to bring on...
But to be honest, Camera Placement looks madness... Looks really bad and kinda girlish...
Nokia please make it more happening and likable...

The new Nokia (HMD+Foxconn) hasn't impressed with camera quality, hope that changes with the Nokia 9.

Thank God I was able to get my hands on a brand new Huawei Mate 10 pro for just 400 €, that'll help me wait patiently for this Nokia 9 PUREVIEW (Sorry Note 9!). I hope the camera will be a real beast, at least better than the Samsung Galaxy S10's triple camera.

Cases for this phone will be a symmetrically enticing hexagon, which will look pretty cool.

AnonD-241270, 02 Oct 2018NOBODY CARES MORE! Since some years all about nokia 9 is... moreNokia is alive and well, but I do agree with you that HMD Global should just stop what they’re doing, they’re ruining the legacy of the brand with every new product launch.

The Nokia of old was never afraid to experiment, look quirky and odd. For as long this set up has can be justified by best in class results, i say go for it!
