Samsung Galaxy Note10 to come with a 6.66" display

15 October 2018
Instead of "The Beast", the phone is code named "Da Vinci". The Galaxy S10+ will reportedly have a 6.44" display, so the Note has to go bigger.

    666 sounds kinda demonic.

I guess Samsung will even turn to dark side for bigger profit xD

why 666? sounds evil to me. why not flip the the last two 66 and make it 99...as to make it 6.99 instead? waiting for a note to hit as close to 7 inch as possible.

(But I do have midrange phone in my collection... SO it's not like I don't have midrangers at all)

            This is hilarious...
We will now see hundreds of people on this website saying the Note 10 is now too big etc.....
They fail to understand this is not a fad but an unstoppable trend!
BIG PHONES CAN DO MORE (laptop/tablet replacements) AND PEOPLE LOVE THEM.
Even the GSM Arena 'journalists' (and most other tech journos) have egg on their faces because they have been saying phones are getting too big for the last 6 years.
IT"S WHAT THE PEOPLE WANT !!!
The 'small' Pixel is now 5.5", the large iphone is 6.5"....See the pattern?
My Xiaomi Mi Max 3 (128gb/6Gb) with 6.95" screen is awesome but it's not the largest phone screen (Honor Note 10) and I see screens are going to get a little thinner and taller in the next few years. Don't agree? Ok, but prepared to be wrong....Like all the people many years ago who said my 5.3" Galaxy Note 1 was too big....idiots!!

So with that said, the sides basically fade away as you don't have four eyes with 1 pair looking at the focus point (flat screen part) while the other pair with each individual eye looks at 1 particular edge simultaneously or six eyes with 1 pair looking at the 1st edge, the 2nd pair looking at the flat screen and the 3rd pair looking at the 2nd edge, hence the "infinity" display claim.

6.66 inches? Sounds demonic to me.

Seriously though, there are still plenty of superstitions in many Asian Countries. In China, for example, they consider the number 4 as unlucky because it's pronunciation sounds like the Chinese word for death. Similarly, they consider 8, and not 7 as the luckiest number.

Nearly waiting 3 years for a compact phone under 5" with small bezels to change my phone. Mow i see i will use it until it is damaged. Only Sony makes compact phones but they are thicker and so expensive

Bad omen. Take the Note7 for example. Samsung skipped the number 6 for the Note and Lucifer got angry from the flames of hell that the Note7 flamed out.

The number 3 is a great number. The Holy Trinity. Pixel 3, baby. I prefer 4 even though it's bad luck in Asia because I was born on the 4th of December. When ranking my favorite Mad Men seasons, Season 4 and 3 tops it for me (4>3>5>7>6>1>2). That's usually the case for most generations in tech or TV seasons. They tend to peak by the 3rd one. Third time's the charm.
