Amazing, 10gb RAM will make this phone Imortal for updating to custom Roms for years, been waiting for 10gb RAM phone for long time. Hope others will hop aboard

    Sounds like bit of an overkill.
    Like OP had 8GB with basically no effect, but going further and top that with again, pretty much non-existant tech.

    Hope it's dope though, hope the slider is smooth as butter. The camera too, atleast with gcam.

      For a change why don't they add decent LTE support. Asus and Razor don't have that problem

        What are you on about? We should definitely keep 3.5 mm jack, as we don't have any better solution. Stop trying hard to be a smart@ss.

              I love xioami surprises when samsung hardly prepare a new mobile (with no wow chipset). Xioami is king player. Samsung is money making company.

                  There was a day that 256mb of ram enough for pc and 5q2mb enough for iphone. For me if we pay less and get more, why not?

                                Idk about your region, but here in the Phils, the main reason of slow internet connection is the greediness of the politicians and government agencies.
                                Our current President promised to bring a new network competitor (rumors say that it might be Telstra) to give a major competition to the duopoly of GLOBE and Smart carriers in our country. I hope that it happens, because only then we'd get the right service for how much we pay, and I really hope the same happens to your country and to any other countries that experience our similar dilemma.

                                I'm not really dreaming of crazy instant speed connections, but even the simple things like being stable all the time is highly appreciated.

                                  Bboom Bboom, 17 Oct 20183G is unstable, so was the 4G???Both are basically unstable. Especially on rainy season, when the networks would simply go back and forth having an internet connection.
                                  What made me say that Philippines's internet connection sucks is because my sister went to South Korea last month, and a simple mobile data on her iPhone 7 Plus already allows her to stream 1080p YouTube videos without any waiting time. It's like instantaneous already, yet our WiFi at home still struggles to load up 720p YouTube videos quickly.

                                    Pretty excited for this phone, but I doubt it will be below 700$ this time...too bad, it's time to replace my mi mix 2 se.
