Well, in all honesty - their phones were never much to begin with. You could argue they had solid feature phones in the age of Nokia dominance, but overall - their phones just have straight too many issues, and no strong sides.

Their WG is apparently good, and their OLED TV's are burn-in disasters. As far as their other TV's go - they are good at retaining colour when you watch from an angle it is IPS display, so image is pretty much bit dark and colour saturation is rather poor, and if you like majority of people - don't plan to watch your TV at an angle... get a VA display...

Aniketsh, 25 Oct 2018Fast software updates, increase battery capacity and proper... moreEveryone always says "if they had so and so features they'd sell," but I don't think that's what really makes people decide to buy or not. In the end people really seem to care about one thing, and that's price. As it is right now, the average person isn't going to choose an LG phone (or other OEMs for that matter) over a Samsung when they are the same price. On the other hand, if you price well, you get tons of positive attention (basically solving the marketing problem too), and people suddenly become willing to overlook things like battery life or updates; just look at how crazy everyone went over the Pocophone, really all because of price.

Aniketsh, 25 Oct 2018they have released g7 one with android one but the thing is... moreTrue, though the thing is, that phone can hardly be called a flagship.

Congratulations LG! No boot loops means more sales. Simple.

No suprise. They routinely price themselves out of the market.

All they need is those 3 things. Hell, they need to do what ZTE did and just switch to Stock Android. As it stands, the LG UX is fine, but it doesn't justify it's existence over stock Android

LG has just somehow managed to go dead slow with updates and make their loyal base angry with decisions like no non-removable battery, poor battery life, etc. G7+ ThinQ is a fantastic device but yet to get proper security patch.
