Wow, yet another insanely priced i-device. An iOS powered device claiming to be faster than majority of low end intel Atom powered Windows laptops but nowhere near the processor power, usability, flexibility and upgradeability of a midrange Intel core i7 7700hq Windows 10 laptop that costs HALF the price.
A glorified iPad masquerading as a 'PRO' device, but is nothing other than an overpriced, trying hard laptop replacement wannabe that gets disposed and replaced with a brand new ipad model in a year or two with zero upgrade options to storage, RAM or graphics card. Apple pencil? Liquid retina? Geez. Marketing terms that fool the naive and hapless iPad buyer, not realizing they are being ripped off and sold a media consumption device with a stylus and LCD display that claims it's a serious 'productivity' device that can replace a real laptop. Seriously? iPads were rendered obsolete by ultra books/laptop convertibles and supersized phones/phablets. Buy an ultrabook/convertible or a real gaming laptop if you really are serious about productivity or are into heavy, processor intensive gaming. Otherwise, get a 6.8" - 7.2" supersized phone/phablet if you're more interested in Facebook, Youtube, browsing, and media consumption.

Intel's 10 nm isn't directly comparable to that of rival foundries. It is much closer to TSMC 7nm than it is to their 10 nm. It's the yield issues that are holding back Intel's 10 nm, otherwise they already shipped a small 10nm ULV chip (Core i3-8121U) in low volumes. High-end desktop chips require much better yields than tablet SoCs.

With all these features especially, the keyboard, they should have gone with either 16:10 or 3:2 aspect ratio. 4:3 is too odd to use for productivity or document typing or video editing. It is just good for browsing and reading.

These are the only exciting devices released this year. For me, the smartphone industry is getting more and more boring. Wasn't hyped by the new Iphones, the Note 9, the XZ3, the Mate 20 series, 1+6T, V40, and the most boring of all, the Pixel 3 and 3XL. Although these are irrelevant coz they are tablets, these got me the most excitement compared to the smartphones released this year.

assassins creed rebellion is a game that isn't a rival to the PUBG, which uses more powerful processors and GPUs. can this tablet run pubg at the highest settings and 120fps? you say it's equivalent Xbox one S performance And I was quite surprised by that hahaha

No 3.5mm jack as STANDARD from iPad Pro 11 and 12.9 (2018) onward = FAIL (Why remove it?? There is SPACE for the 3.5mm jack. Heck even the slimmest phone from 2010s had a 3.5mm jack!)
No microsd slot since the 1st iPad (2010) = FAIL (Come on, Apple, it's almost a decade & you couldn't bother adding one for convenience sake. Your customers should have choices instead of forcing them to use CLOUD with LIMITED storage all the time!)
No Home Button from iPad Pro 11 and 12.9 (2018) onward = FAIL (How are the 1st timers going to navigate?? Using gestures?? If the bottom of the screen were to crack one day, you're pretty much f****d!!)
No Touch ID from iPad Pro 11 and 12.9 (2018) onward = FAIL (Face ID will NEVER BE AS SECURE as Touch ID for privacy, security reasons!!)
Are the new iPad Pro(s) built for "KIDS" or the target audience, business customers?? Just get a Galaxy Tab S4 instead for an all-rounded experience and features if you don't really care about the year of processor made so long it is fast enough for your needs.

Apple enjoys the sole supplier of real flagship tablet!
Android has very potential ecosystem for software utilization due to its open platform but unfortunately, no availability of real high-end tablets. The best offer from Samsung Tab S4 sports almost 2 years old processor.

This year, new iPads turned out to be more impressive products than the latest iPhones. Buying 2018 iPad Pro 11 and 2nd gen Pen for 930USD instead of iPhone XS is a better option. Heck, you even get a faster charger with the iPad than the iPhone!

Instead of buying the iPhone XS I'd rather buy this iPad Pro and buy the Nokia 8110 bananaphone as the pair.. Still cheaper than XS
