    After all this year and with so many independent tests spread around the internet about colour effect on display energy consumption. 5 Years ? What the F**K Google? What the use of Community and Forum? Jeez.

      Windows Phone did this 5 years before they had dark mode for most of its apps

        It took 4 years for them to implement this. When it was painfully evident since the time oleds were common that darker colours and good old black saves power.
