Samsung's foldable phone to come in March for $1,770

That's based on info from industry insiders, who do not believe the phone will feature 5G. Samsung is still confident it can ship 1 million units, though.

Not that i like Samsung cause i don't, but to be blind and not see how way further Samsung in front of apple is, is like living in a cage. Typical apple fan. Oh we buy into premium. All based on what others research with no intention to ever do research, also no intention to advance. Why would they, the cage people are buying their primitive devices even at a cost of a nice Bentley, but samesung is trying to be premium?

Workers are payed with maximum 100$ per mounth. Low quality materials, low quality internals pieaces (microphones, battery, mainboard, cables, converters, resistors and so on). Anyway, the main resource cow is the lack of research department. I know i know, they have one. Made out of 5 people probably, thay look inside other phones to see how they are made. That ain't a real research department. Nokia invested million monthly in researches, do not expect something like that from a chinese company.

      hey release tech that noone wants but we all pay for it in product prices.
      No shame that J4 prime a phone with 2015 specs cost 150 euros.
      This is pure robbery on its own customers and those customers are willing to pay for a Samsung products to support ths robbery.
      Unbelievable.

                    folded phone should be small to fit in small pocket more , not a tablet that turns into a dinosaur phone.

                    Samsung you copiers only, the folded phone size should be 3 inch size only and when unfolded turns into 5.7-6 inch screen

                      well we just need to wait till this thing become a norm to smartphones (maybe2-3years?).. then the price should drop.. xiaomi, huwaei, lenovo etc. would also have cheaper version of this at that time..😀😀

                        Add 1000 more dollars and buy a car instead of this gimmick.

                          I doubt 1 million millionaires would want to purchase that phone. As much as the concept looks cool, a million units sounds ambitious. Wait and watch I guess.

                            This reminds me of Apples early stages. People who cant afford such an amazing innovation talk shit about Samsung. Thruth is.. this is something new and innovative after many years. Hopefully prices will decrease in near future.

                                        Galaxy Note edge in 2014 was ugly in the beginning. Early concepts are ugly and expensive at first. Wait for the refinements by 2022. Prices should drop by alot by then.
