AnonD-558092, 13 Nov 2018If you advertise a flash sale, people are totally in right ... moreOr they could've just read terms and conditions in advance where it was clearly written.

Even if it was 100 or even 1000 there would still be cry babies upset they didn't get a brand new phone essentially for free.

      Grow up people :-)

I've also participated in a flash sale and not gotten one of the few available devices within the first second, then by Huawei in the US. Quit your crying and better luck next time.

10 people were faster than you, it's just that simple.

Don't forget to add that the website was also made in a way where customers like myself could not enter their 'city' location upon attempting to pay for an item, that's why I couldn't order. The code was simply missing from the checkout page - on purpose. Checked all of the sources, Xiaomi played a dirty one here. Definitely not a good launch.

SKG, 13 Nov 2018Finally these chinese manufacturers have been caught red ha... morePlease stop making it a "Chinese" thing. Every brand uses unethical marketing to hype their products. It's not the same thing as this, yes, but "marketing" and "hyping up products" are very wide terms which include a lot of other things. American brands do that, that doesn't make it any less bad.

If you ask me "What is the Worst thing have you seen in Online Shopping?"

My answer will be Xiaomi's online Flash Sales... Yes... Its one of the pathetic and ridiculous thing ever... Their website and App is such worst which cant bare the Load and Traffic at all... It keeps on Crashing and shows nonsense errors during Flash Sales... Very frustrating when you keeps an eye on clock and within a second it shows "Out Of Stock"...

If you advertise a flash sale, people are totally in right to assume there is more than 10 devices sold at this price. Who makes an advertisement to sell only 10 phones?

THE-TRUTH-REVEALER, 13 Nov 2018Simple : Xiaomi needs to be sued in UK for this. Sue the people who offer otherwise reasonably priced devices for "free" on "launch day"? Seems reasonable.
