Moto G7's battery capacity doesn't instill confidence

Although screen burn in can be an issue, samsung's screens have been getting better so screen burn in has steadily been decreasing.
Overall, you will definitely feel the poorer quality of the phone.

Ugh..., 23 Nov 2018How is that contradictory. Both phones were on sale for ar... morePrices does vary per region. In some regions (Europe amung them) the Iphone SE (EUR300) costs almost twice that of G6 (EUR180) and even the G6 Plus (EUR260) is cheaper.
Here in Norway the G6 Plus (4GB/64GB) costs $279 and iphone SE (2GB/32GB) is $379.
standard G6 (3GB/32GB) costs $221.
Neither A9 nor SD450 are anything to be happy about, but SE has a very small and low resolution screen, weak battery, low amount of RAM, very bad camera and no memory expasion. Simply put very bad value when pitted against G6 even at the same price.
Working on a 4" screen is today is just completely unnecessary. Multitasking completely strangled by 2GB RAM has the same conclusion, not at all necessary. A camera thats bad even for your average instagram, snapchat etc usage and so on. The iphone SE represents very bad value and device in general.

My screen has image retention issues even though it is LCD. The USB micro port can't hold onto a cable at all so it has to lay on a table during charging. Other than that, it is about 4 years old and still works well! Totally got my money's worth out of it.

One has good stats and the g6 had the Snapdragon 450, not the 600 series Snapdragon it used to have. Why would I spend money on the Moto when the Apple offered better performance for the price? Verizon has a limited selection of phones they allow on their network.

Honestly, last year... moreTo name a few: Teardrop notch, Moto Actions, close to stock Android, dual cameras, and fingerprint scanner in a more practical location. Plus(I know i'm in the minority), but I prefer IPS to LED. IPS is sharper and you don't have to worry about screen burn. That being said, if the G7 has a 2650 mah battery instead of the initially reported 3500, that's probably a deal breaker for me.

If they make the notch 50% of the screen then it will save more power. Thus smaller battery capacity.

So unless they somehow have done something amazing with the SoC then this isn't going to work.
I was looking to get one from my S8+ but may be looking at a G6 Plus now.

I was hoping to see them turn around and make a comeback. Their G4 was really good value. I ended up getting an iPhone SE rather than a G6. I couldn't bring myself to put money on subpar hardware for the price. My G4 is still working to this day, but the charge port is worn out.

They used to be Battery Champs..now they look like HTC and Sony of years past. as far as battery is concerned. Also what happened to a Motorola phone with SD845...2018 is almost over and none on the horizon. MotoNovo whats going on???

Moto mods, bigger battery on the main phone about 3500+mAh plus 3000+mAh moto mod battery, minimum 128GB internal storage plus SD card expansion and all the other top specs.
