Aspros, 25 Nov 2018Freaking FBI. Why can't we have a selfie - less flagship? That is one way to ruin video call services and affecting multiple company running those kind of apps. Yes, sure. Business people will definitely approves of that -_-.

Like you need to have a speaker, a rear camera, an accelerometer, a color screen, a minimum amount of storage... If you miss only ONE of those requirements, your device won't be Google Play Certified.

shame on Samsung they would be charging hig prices for this "Hole" isnt that same as the notch. still UGLY! even Xiaomi and Vivo able to released almost no bezel 1-2 years ahead

The big notches will stay until Apple is putting them in their phones. No matter what gsmarena users want, the regular users on a budget have their similarity to premium product with those notches. I wouldn't mind those holes in the screen, although I'd prefer the cut in the corner how it was in one Mi Mix2 renders. But for me it is more important to be able to buy normal size phone - something like Pixel 3 for 200 USD. The only affordable alternative are LG Q6 and Q7, which are over priced for their specs and only Q7+ has relatively modern specs, but is priced like Xiaomi Flagman.

LOL @ top bezel being the second highest option. I been saying people wouldn't mind one long top bezel.

Btw. What's the idea of these polls? The manufacturers aren't using them, and makes phones just as they like. Us users have absolutely no effect on the evolution.

How about eliminate the front selfie camera, just use the main camera and add a small or medium size screen in the back to take selfies? I think there were a few phones like that in the past. If not, get rid of the front selfie camera altogether and save some production costs there.

Notch and hole are awful
People will defend hole because Samsung is going to use...
Another brand would easily bashed.

how about brands introduce two models of the same smartphone: one with a selfie camera and one without and allow consumers to decide which is best for their needs

I don't understand the whole no bezel craze... id rather phone manufacturers invest their time into something more important than design, like you know..quality?

Best bezels edge to edge screen implemation is oppo find x, but still the worst for lot of resaons.
