Number 4: almost every buddy knows that apple OSs are not good at multi tasking! also it is possible under even android let alone windows and Linux!
Number 5: we have the same thing for windows and you can create the same thing for Linux!(Also because of Linux can handle separate part of OS as separate partitions we do not really need such thing! like i get my root to a partition and then give var(where packages are stored) to another and dev to other and......... so if i want to even reinstall OS let alone restore it i can just wipe one partition and then it'll be good as new and all software are back by just one command!)

Thought i'll give it a chance but ended up giving away to someone in my family to use it who ended up also hated it. Definitely lack of apps was one but since i had an another phone too i didn't care much, i just wanted to see how far the OS will improve but it didn't improve much. Those awful tiles are just not for small screen devices.

                MarcioR, 27 Nov 2018That's why it died, it was horribleUm... if i was you i wouldn't talk about things i don't know sht about. WP died because lack of apps (there are people, who need 2000 fart apps available, you know). But why WP lacked apps, is entirely another story.
                Actually i am using my Lumia 950XL still time to time. WP is just so much better than Spydroid. Unfortunately some apps i need for my work ceased working, so i had to switch.
                (Btw, third party ProTube for WP is/was better than Google own YouTube app for Android.)

                    I hope android will switch to this type of GUI... or maybe Microsoft will try one more time in the mobile division... they have money to lose :D

                              The improvements in windows are nothing compared to the improvements in the hardware section.
                              Don't get me wrong, it works. It's just I feel Microsoft know they are effectively a monopoly and they are extremely lazy.

                              You would expect these to be top notch but everything is unpolished. They are absolutely terrible on Windows.
                              I never had a Mac but I'm so tempted to buy one cos I'm extremely bored of windows. I have a ps4 for gaming even though I never have the time cos of work so gaming should be a problem.

                              To answer your question about xbox ruining the gaming scene. They introduced "pay to play" online. They pushed for fps games. They tried to kill reselling of games by making the discs one time activation sort of thing. Sony said they wouldn't do that and Microsoft's been slapped in the face and stopped it. They push for more expensive consoles.
                              Sony was NEVER a monopoly. PC gaming was always a rival as well as other consoles from Nintendo, Sega etc.

                              To me Microsoft does not put effort on anything. They are lazy and sit in their comfort zone when they are not trying to invade new markets.

The windows mobile os t... moreSorry, but in my opinion (used WP for 5 years, now i have XZ3) Android is total crap compared to WP10. Tiles were ok. Those icons are soooo yesterday and boring. And this mess with widgets. WP had elegant solution: simple resizing would change your icon to widget and vice versa. Anyway, Android is total unorganized mess compared to WP. Can't wait for the day when Sailfish X is compatible with XZ3.

                                    Forgot to mention: spying crap. Thank god for Microsoft launcher and apps in Android ecosystem, only thanks of them i can bear this nonsense named Android.

It is constantly evolving, adding many tiny features, you dont even know. There is so many optimizations done in code itself to work better with new hardware, as user you could never see this, it is hidden from end user. How did xbox ruined gaming scene? Or you like to have Sony as only monopoly gaming company without competition, so how would that benefit us, users??
