I have been to Japan and I saw quite a lot Japanese people uses Huawei phones and of course Sony as their Android devices. At first i thought it was a coincidence, but as time went by, I realized that many Japanese people acknowledges Huawei as a good phone alternatives for android handsets.

                      The problem is Huawei doesn't release any source material about their chips and it is most likely to hide stolen IP from other manufacturers. Every other chip maker for telco has no problem releasing open source information about their chips. If Huawei has no stolen IP then they would be best served to release the open source background on their chips and then ask publicly what is stolen. They could even release the drm chip info into the public and claim other chip makers are hiding information about their chips and lying to the public. It's a PR war and they have to learn to play hardball.
