Lol wtf, a9 is in the mid-range category and yet pocophone, being cheaper, is in the flagship category. I guess it would be too "politically incorrect" to have Xiaomi winners in two categories?

... moreI wouldn't use them, but I'm sure a Mi A2 would push other companies to release better phones that they released overseas. Any competition is good for the customer. Might even buy one for the sake of sales number.
Anyway, people just buy on contract. So they go all-in with flagships, or save money with older flagships, which makes sense as 2017 premium phones are better than 2018 midrange phones.

Best flagship - Mate 20 Pro. The Note 9 is still great, but you just can't beat that camera, processor and night mode.
Best midranger - Realme 2 Pro. I haven't used it, but that performance and camera don't lie.
Best entry level phone - Why would anyone buy any of these lmao.
