I thought it was a LG phone.. But after reading the news.. "this is what htc need to nailed their own coffin in smartphone business" .. Overpriced & that off center camera placement is just odd... Bye Htc.

And just when I thought that 28nm smartphone SoCs were already a thing of the past......
Seriously, I'd somehow consider this SD435 if it had a great cooling solution to aid the heating problems that the chipset would generate. It appears that it isn't here, is it??
And that camera placement......
Did they just took the LG G5's design and edited the camera to off-center?
It appears as if HTC designers can't decide whether to put it on the middle or on the top left corner, so they put it midway to satisfy both decisions.....
At $150, this should've had a 1080p screen at least
Or Android One program
Or USB C port
Or a very durable metal unibody design
Or a great pair of cameras
Or a large battery that's at least 3500mAh large
Or have great stereo audio
OR maybe just forget about making this phone
Though I'm not wishing for HTC to die, I think they need to refresh themselves up for quite a bit.
This is a compelling budget device! in 2014
I thought that the slowest SoC for a budget phone in 2018 would be the SD625 already (or SD450 for slightly better efficiency), but HTC still finds the SD435 a very intimidating chipset in this year??
The last phone I remember that used this chipset from a different brand was from 2 years ago, and it had better hardware than this phone and still better price point.

Kirin 710 are better than SD636, and it comes with beefy battery. But both still a pretty good deal than this HTC lol.
