New smartphones are getting boring every year.
1st no new "normal " size phones. Normal size let's say is 5".
2nd - compact size are non existent. Size of a3 2015.
3rd- they all are phablets now.
Is everyone on the planet want to have a phablet that doesn't fit in their jeans poctet?
I was just hopping that samsung a30 2019 was the same size like the a3 2017. But hey they decided to follow the trend of Chinese oem and make a phablet. There is no hope now.
And btw the specs are crap is better to buy a 2 ,3 year old phone like S7.

Guys... all these people who complain at the size. just look at the PPI. it's the same heckin' 5.5incher in it's base. (401-403 PPI.) it it dropped below that for a FHDer. yeah. I agree it IS going bigger. but it's the same as always in 16:9 ratios.

We should at least wait for the pricing details.
I really hope that Samsung comes up with a competitive price.
At least they should release the product that isn't ridiculously priced. They won't be able to undercut Chinese OEMs if we're being real but they should be at least close enough.

That are the reasons why more and more Android users not going to buy SAMSUNG Galaxy phones anymore.
And the Super AMOLED display easily become yellow after using for a period compared with IPS display.

M20 has the same processor Samsung's upper mid-range phones like A8 and A8+ have. I expect a $300-$350 range. Clearly, that's not looking good.

The new Samsung phones are like any Android phone by other manufacturers. These phones can no longer be distinguished from the others. I predict a big decline in Samsung's phone sales. They just can't go around making stuff others are making. Similarly, their upcoming flagships (S10 series) can't have chins either. Like seriously, what's the point?

People just wanted the most satisfying experience without breaking the bank way too much.
There's a reason why people love the Xiaomi Pocophone F1:
-It has most of the essential features that every people would ever find useful in their smartphones
-It performs admirably well in everything, and especially in performance, where no other mid range phone could ever touch it (until the next one comes out).
People just wanted that, yet here Samsung still insists on giving more for just that much price.
I always thought that their Super AMOLED screens make their budget phones very pricy, and to say the least, it's reasonable, but the fact that nothing really changes even after switching to a cheaper alternative just makes it very unacceptable to the consumers to pay more just for the brand recognition.
