Hmm, somebody wants to put apple dooown. This looks like the same with the times when.Nokia was brought down by any means so others can make money, this pretty much looks like that. But hey, what goes around it comes around.

I don't really care for the apple vs android battle but the "ban" in China won't hold because the court fight took so long that the relevant software patent is not being used in apple phones anymore. Though Kudos to Qualcomm I guess.

Most ppl didnt realize that there is no “good guys,bad guys here” .
Both are massive corporations which obtaned their pattents trough aquisitions of smaller companies.
Now they are equaling their quarrels incourt for even more money and influence.
