Still shows that people in the world haven't lost its sense and practicality....
Nokia's devices has always been the best in telephony...was just lagging behind in UI. Now when it is all set, the sales are now strong..
I dont know why these Android(!!cough!!,Samsung,!!cough!!) fans are mad, because we should know that crap products dont sell when there is a better option in the market....
PS: Majority of the people who are crying about Android superiority are mostly Samsung Fans...

com... moreif you haven't heard the news flash is dead, it's all about HTML5 so there is no point to boast with flash support at all.
well as for java well yeah since android is just a virtual java machine which can't even take full potential of it's hardware.
your comparing a market of over 3 years old to one that just started really clever

About the KPN chart: It's a spot that you can buy, it's got no relation to actual sales. In fact, the Lumia disappoints in Holland. In the first weeks after it went on sale, it didn't break into the top of the smartphone market, lagging behind iPhone 4S,Galaxy S II and some others.

As I understand it these are weekly sales figures. Nokia 800 sells because it's a novelty. The question is if there is any stamina in the sales for the Nokia 800. If the phone is a success or not is clear first after 6 months.

We love nokia. Its sales had gone down in last few quarters,....but the most likely reason was.....every1 was awaiting wp7 from nokia. Everybody was wondering if the giant was dying. Face the music now.

How does GSMArena know that the Lumia will not beat the iphone 4S globally, when the Lumia has not been launched globally to the same extent as the iphone...
Sure the iphone achieves huge sale volumes at launch but if you look at the graph in this article clearly Lumia sales are exponential, so not too much volume initially but they gain momentum...
Not too long ago GSMArena had an article based on an analyst with no serious reputation for accurate prediction that the Lumia was not selling as well as Nokia Might have you think...
If only GSMArena was not biased, perhaps they could have seen that from the start it was not necessarily Nokia that was the threat to Apple's domination but was Microsoft, from making sure that Elop became CEO and Chairman, Nokia adopting Windows Phone, limitations put on the N9, Money to seriously market Lumia and now the success in Europe...ALL MICROSOFT(Art of WAR S%@T!)
I pose a question to GSMArena, Nokia had presence in Europe and look at the money spent on marketing Lumia, What do you think they are going to do in America... and yes I know sales are not proportional to marketing budgets,... just imagine though...

Gerli, 07 Dec 2011I have a i9000. I don't thin Win mobile will do better than... moreIt's ''WINDOWS PHONE 7''. Not ''Windows Mobile''. That crap was demolished by MSFT long ago. WP7 is light-years ahead of WM.
