                That's because all Ryzen CPU have higher single core turbo boost that multi-core turbo boost.
                Lock the frequency on the 1200 and it will scale close to 96-98%

                Example

                Ryzen 3 1300x, Cinebench R15

                Single - 160
                Multi - 620

                That's a 96% performance scaling.
                Taking in consideration that the R7 2700 has way more cache it should scale a little better in multi-core, around 98%.

                  If half of his CPU scores around 17000 in multicore the full CPU should score close to 34000 in multicore because Ryzen CPUs scale at around 98% in multicore.

                      dude111, 03 Jan 2019Multicore does not scale linearly... 27k seems about right.Multi-core does scale linearly with X86 CPUs.
                      If I lock the turbo frequency of my CPU I get 96% multi-core scaling. Ryzen CPUs should be at around 98% multi-core scaling whit the frequency locked.
                      Geekbenck obviously is a very poor benchmark for X86 CPUs.
