Motorola wins injunction against Apple in Germany, again

09 December, 2011
They can enforce it (maybe), but it's a complicated path that carries risk. The court case is far from over too.

With over 20k of patents, it is quite impossible for Apple to defeat Motorola. So it is obvious for Motorola to win, again.

lambo, 09 Dec 2011im sorry but what the hell? this has very little to do with... moreSorry lambo, but i don't think you will find any sympathy here. Your comments have kinda gone full circle - a large amount, and get a life - same with Android. It's been ok for all the anti Android comments we've been reading, and a lot of it has been very nasty, especially the anti-Samsung vitriol. I'm all for people having the freedom to CHOOSE what they want. And i know you're fully aware of Apple's attempts to take away peoples freedom to choose - hounding other smartphone manufacturers through the courts, trying to ban sales in other countries. But now it's looking like Apple are the worst patent infringers of all time in the smartphone world, and boy are they in a mess. I'm an Android user who's feeling very smug right now LOL

This news shouldn't dent apples pocket, i mean not too long ago they were the number company in the world. and the cost it takes to make a product and the cost they sell it for without paying for patents should mean they have more than enough to cover their ass lol unless they have some kind of gambling problem we dont know about

Well, it was about time that they got biten back with their own policy,, apple have been in the mobile bussiness for 5 years, i doubt they've got permisions for all the technologies they're using,, usually companies try to resolve these issues like gentelmen, but able just hate compitition, thet were simply going for the jagular trying to prohibit the sales of compititors,, now it's about time they start tasting their own poison and this seems like just the very beginning!

I don't see why not. Apple used to always put law suits on companies, a taste of their own medicine.
