DJ FROST, 23 Jan 2019ok but have you seen what dxomark said? well that's your op... moreI'm sorry but you've surely seen many, I mean MANY people who're disagreeing with the results from DxO because how their test results simply don't indicate devices' real life performance. And now this "selfie rating" is a complete bogus, hands down. If you actually think Note 9 can take selfies just as good as Pixel 3 can, well I have to say that you're blind. Just take a look at samples on the internet and then come back here. Trust me, it's not great.

Tie with Pixel 3? WTF. Note 9 front camera is trash. It has aggressive filters eventhough filters are off.

I would agree with Pixel result. That alone comes down to the Google Camera software. My crappy-in-indoor-or-low light-selfie-camera Mi Note 3, turns into a DSLR quality one (within limits of course, you can't beat actual DSLR). Even a friend of mine who regularly uses DSLR thinks of changing phone, but of course I stopped her from doing so and instead just tell this is all due to Google's software only.

The idea behind the test is to get pictures closer to reality. Yes, on a Note, compared to an iPhone, you will get less saturated selfies but this is how you actually look in reality. Yeah, it looks cooler to have that suntanned skin on Insta but it is not how you look like. You could solve that in a Photo Editor.

almost everyone knows iphone selfie is not good and yet still people dose not want to accept it!
Also S9/+ need to be retested cause of improvement in latest software!
