How about "Display Boost" your device? It has WQHD isn't it? Or FHD for the P20/View 20. Well, you may see high quality content on YouTube, but also poor resolution content too. We should make it so your device always outputs at 240p, that way the experience is soooooo stable and improved.
Or perhaps "Battery Boost" your device to make sure your battery is stable and improved by constantly draining as if it was used for cryptomining all the time.
Interested in "Camera Boost"? It gives you blurry, noise-packed pictures all the time to get a stable and improved photographic experience for peak moments where the lens is blurry or light conditions aren't optimal.

What Night mode did was stabilized the long exposure + image stacking using AIS that can capture using handheld without the needs of using tripod. U should learn to know the difference. Same goes to Google Night Sight. Only Huawei made it first on mobile photography.

It decrease FPS yes, but to keep stability of gaming experience (only on heavy games like PUBG). If you own a Kirin 970 before the Gpu Turbo updates, and compare it after the updates, u'll know how much it improves. On a light/medium quality graphic games, it is indeed increase fps to certain level to stabilized it. Dolphin Emulator & Mobile Legend some of the example. Experience it first, then talk.

The gpu turbo just limits the speed so it won't throttle

Night Mode is rising the ISO higher while applying noise reduction.
The first one is an entirely new thing, the second is an improvement on what we use to had on phones, just much better.

GPU Turbo is a con. It's not actually making the GPU more powerful. It's a knock-off of the Vulkan API and the VESA/AMD/NVIDIA Adaptative-Sync/FreeSync/G-Sync but even more limited and less efficient.
And it basically works by throttling the SoC and go faster on pico peaks. You actually have less fps with GPU Turbo.
Didn't know Huawei now has uneducated blind fanboys. We have found a fanboy breed dumber than Fanboya Sonya and their BRAVIA Rec.2020 OLEDs, I give you the Fanboya Huafartia and their GPU Reverse Turbo.

Yes Night Mode first introduced in P20 out of the box. Its the 1st handheld long exposure + image stacking shot stabilized by AIS in a mobile photography.
Cant believe that many people still thinks it started by Google Night Sight lol. Check your sources back please.

Increase performance, keeps games stability while saving more battery than normal mod. Thats why its a first tech on mobile GPU history.

If you never use these AI and GPU turbo features yourself before, you will never know what are the benefits and different with and without.
With AI feature, the apps will open faster and smoother. The battery usage also become less.

I don't see the need for a GPU boost as I've never encountered issues performance wise using my phone daily.
As long as Samsung doesn't follow Huawei with bad displays, false promises and general lies I'm ok with all tech being shared (copied) as long as it promotes a healthy mobile industry growth. And I'm all for lower $$$ as long as it doesn't lower the quality I know and trust from my preferred brand(s).
