If Sony can put a audio DAC inside and IR blaster, i can guarantee you i buy this phone...but, well, since SOny phone those days is a featureless phone, well...i can say with sure its a no buy, not even for that 52MP camera, cause Sony cameras even if the sensor was made by them (Sony) the software side is worse than you can expect, you wont see a 52MP photo with same detail like suposed a 16MP or a 48MP like Huawei phones or LG ones, that ones beat this by far...
i used to buy Sony phones, but now they are a disaster, no quality in audio, speakers low, screen too oversharpening, battery dont last the same as old ones, design wise is at point of 2015/2016, they dont do any new design, just cut corners and rise the screen...other than that men...nah, its a no, big no.
it can look great, feel great i belive they be but when it comes to photo department other brands beat this easy, cause Sony software isnt on pair with other brands, shame because of that.

They got to fix their dynamic range of photos and videos, this is my only complain since my first Sony phone.

They just do other functions.
Compare them to the main is useless.
Pixel photos are artificial. Fake colour, fake contrast, fake details .....

this is phone will be a beast sony is finally catching up, the only thing i dont like is the ui, they should try upgrading it like samsung's 1 ui, well thats my opinion, thumbs up sony keep up the good job.

that quad or triple cam is just only a gimmick try to search in google what is the best camera on a smart phone. the results is Google Pixel. ask me why ? well I donno but reviews on youtube will tell you.

52MP for Sony ?? well the issue is when Sony is using there own technology like camera the out come " rubbish " BUT ! when Sony selling there product to the other brand it came up. Awesome !!
so Sony why when you are using your own technology nothings improving ???
52MP what's so ever but once you used it came up like a 13MP quality ..

Does it take super wide angle shot like V40 or Mate 20 Pro? Or does it shoot high quality monochrome image like P20 Pro or XZ2 Premium? Sometimes secondary sensor can be used in conjunction with the primary main sensor to produce higher quality photo, but in most cases they have their own standalone feature that achieves what primary sensor cannot. Nowadays versatility is just as good as the image quality on a smartphone camera yet some people(specifically, Pixel fans) simply ignores this fact and defend Google's dumb decision to keep going with a single camera. Even iPhone has dual camera and is now moving onto triple. SMH

1400mah battery in Nokia 808 usually outlasts 3300mah battery in Xperia XZ3 when i take photos using them both. Even when using xenon flash. Sensor and power hungry? I am speechless.

I think I'm going to buy this one instead of S10+. It doesn't have that horrible double hole in the display and you know you get the latest updates when they are released, not 1.5 years later when it doesn't matter anymore..
I don't think I'll ever buy a Samsung phone again.
