I often heard many many report here about their bad customer services. Not only in third world countries.. sometimes i also see the report about their bad services in usa and canada.
You know.. angry customers will do anything for revenge, like Spreading bad news in forums to make sony lose more customers and finally quit doing business.
And those angry customers have done it successfully.

[deleted post]I thought Phone of the Year's is the ultimate form of advertisement when a major tech con awarded a phone to make customers buy an award winning phone to make themselves feel great.
