I actually quite dig it but not for that ridiculous price. It's alot more polished than I assumed it would be. I'll wait for my guy, Michael Fisher, to talk about it.
I'm okay with that notch when it's unfolded. I have an LG V20 and I'm used to that. Something cool and different. We can't live with large, wide slabs forever and ever. Something has to change and it's happening this year.

First mobile gamechanger since the original iPhone. Been waiting for foldable screens since 2011 when I first heard about them.
Relax, everyone. We wait 2-3 years after when the technology gets more refined and cheaper. There's going to be several foldable phones announced this weekend anyway. I probably get a foldable screen phones until 2022 or 4 years after I got my Essential Phone for only $224 at Amazon.
This Samsung Galaxy Fold does look quite polished for a first gen. But no way in hell for nearly two grand.

Thats the most ugly phone ever. Atleast they could have put the front camera outside unfolded. Thats one ugly notch

4 gb or ram is more than enough, and I would think 3 would be more than sufficient. Front and rear when folded into phone, front tablet when opened. What a waste.
For that money they don't include a keyboard either. I'll pass. I don't mind waiting 3 more years to get a cheaper version at a couple hundred dollars that does essentially the same things.

Let the trickle down process commerce. In 3-5 years time we may get this everywhere and alot cheaper. It's also a way for companies to keep prices and profit up. Wouldn't surprise me if Apple start next.
