You can remap the Bixby button on the Samsung Galaxy S10 phones

21 February 2019
But you can't completely kick Bixby out. Still, you can assign an app of your choice to be launched by a single or double press of the button.

U can also remap Bixby button on note 8

You can remap the bixby button completely using bxActions application. The application is free in Playstore and it does not require you to root the device. You can completely disable bixby and use the application of your choice or google assistant. The bixby remapping works on all the older devices with bixby button as well.
Link to the application - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jamworks.bxactions

Guys, you CAN completely DISABLE all the Bixby junk.

All it requires is a PC and a cable!! NO rooting or fancy stuff needed.
            See https://eskerahn.dk/?p=2462

(Of course that does not make the button useful, just dead)

              Bixby button is so annoying..

Good move by Samsung. Allow users to use bixby key for other purposes.

Taking a photo is a two-step process, and a DSLR has a button you can press a bit to focus and continue pressing from there to take a photo. This allows for arranging the photo after the distance is set. The button has two resistances to allow for this haptic behavior.
