I'd like to see some video samples.
My Nokia 8.1 takes wonderful still photos and is great in low light with just 2 cameras on the back. But video is not great in low light, showing total blackness where I can see just fine with my naked eye.

Anonymous, 05 Mar 2019The processing is done in the background.. You can continue... moreIndeed, I have tested a unit of Nokia 9 PureView by myself, the shots are great (except for extremely low light shots, but it maybe improved via software updates in the future), but the processing time is painful, especially when you need taking many shots and need viewing the results immediately, not after a few seconds. IMO, the phone is a great try for testing a different approach to taking great photos in smartphones, but as a previous Nokia fan, this is not the all-round premium phone I have dreamed for.

You will only experience the lag if you open the image directly after shooting.. If you just shoot along and view the images after the shooting is done than the lag is not noticable.. Yes the lag is still there but it does not hinder continuous shooting.. Nokia wont make the same mistake as the 1020.. This one includes a image co-processor like the 808

FreedaBees, 25 Feb 2019Lol. Olympus have the worlds best IBIS and that's with M4/3... moreYes, but Olympus has the luxury of putting their IBIS in an incomparable larger body than a very thin smartphone.

Anonymous, 02 Mar 2019When a smartphone camera need 6-8 seconds for after-process... moreWhy? I (and many others) won't care about a few seconds extra processing because i don't want to share every single photo right after taking them. And if i want to, i can wait a few seconds. And the phone will let you take pictures while the previous ones are processing.
But i care a lot about the best possible image quality.

The time required for after-processing is a bit too long. I know each photo takes 25-30 M and the time is reasonable, but hope Nokia can improve a bit to maybe 2-3 seconds?

When a smartphone camera need 6-8 seconds for after-processing a photo, it is really not suitable for snapshoot. The phone may be good for photographer, but meh for casual users.

With so many cameras, it was expected to have strange EXIF data... One image lists Aperture as f/0.0 and Shutterspeed as 1/-0 second.
1 divided by minus 0. Lol... :D
But overall, I love the samples so far. This is turning to be an interesting launch... Specially given its price...
