I prefer pocket size phones with average camera than a bulky and heavy DSLR. phones is very versatile on snapping moments way faster and portable than DSLR cameras. So your opinion is practically right.

            Full size cameras do not use sensor without bayer to get b&w image. It barely helps in color reproduction - what I would want in most scenarios. If I could, I would cover those 3 lens with r/g/b filters to get better color image, if it would support such, because I even wonder if it combines those color images, or its there just for depth mapping.

                  no one can change my phone brand its still nokia for me in every aspects. even people tells me look at my phone it has curve display so what?is that my needs?right?or look at my phone it has notch or look at my phone it has $950 - $1000 price tag so that you can call me rich. btw i still use my nokia n9. keep moving forward.

                    why peopole are always complaining. it is just stupidity at its best. can we pleace accept the choices we have and just celebrate the tech inovations.if you dont want tla phone than dont buy it.there is to much choices. im sick of this talking nonsense and trolling on every article

Everything is blue under snow. And dynamic range isn't high either. Yet dynamic range is main purpose of tones of same cameras.

                        So, for $500, i have calls, mails, social media, music, plus superior photos with real bokeh. Try that with your super trendy fancy $1000 phone.

                                N9 has much better white balance than iphone.

                                But I prefer if the phone provides option to set how strong the blur is.
                                My old xperia has.
                                I like the background completely out of focus, so you cant see anything there.

A phone for much less like the Galaxy S9 or even the OnePlus 6T can do the same thing that your overpriced iPhones can do, if not better.
