Iphone gets more expensive, Apple increases prices, sales decrease, Apple keep increasing prices to keep profits.

If iphones were sold between $700-1000 all over the globe, sales would up 400%

    The EXYNOS 9820 is cheaper than the EXYNOS 9810? Nice indeed, but unfortunately that doesn't stop the overall BoM from increasing every single year. With that being said, I really do hope that Apple will lower its smartphone prices, it's not too late to make a change

      This is way a phone at a certain low price is taken out of sales. A S10+ will never be sold for just 100 dollar not even after 10 year.

        Than buy spare parts and made one galaxy s10 and enjoy .

        Sell in Ebay in second hand .e
        Enjoy tons of dollars.

But not like apple.. but my question is, they reduce price after sometime. Why not launch it for little less price now and get increased sales number. So they get same profit.

              The economic effort is not that big for them, even many of them just renew every 1 or 2 years to acquire the status of having the last premium device. For me crazy is the person who barely has the money and buys it to pretend having a high social status.

                That is 30000 indian rupees. it costs 73000 in india.. 28% tax on luxury products... Looks like over priced by 5000-10000INR.

                  And it still lags. Even in UI. (As we can clearly see in JerryRigs durability video.)

Remember, Samsung has probably around millions of workers around the world with different activities and branches. They need that big amounts of money for those workers.                           If device costs $480 they earn $24.

                          1) No way their mobile division could survive with such low profits.
                          2) $480 would have included material bills, marketing, distribuition, R&D etc... So only the material bill has to be much lower compared to s10+.

                          Just innocents believe that flagships of Xiaomi, One Plus and Honor cost as much as LG, Htc, Sony, Apple or Samsung to be made ....
                          Probably no more than half.

                            $420 and this does not include R&D and marketing.

                            And ppl still dont know why these brands cant sell for same price of Xiaomi or OnePlus.
                            Only material bill is almost the price of Mi9.

                              Materials, marketing, workers, electricity...let's said 800. They earn at least 500$ for one piece. That is to much. Cause of this I will never get premium model from Samsung and Apple. Huawei mate 20 pro is 700$,mi 9 about 480$, even Nokia 9 about 600$,One plus 6t about 550$. Compare now this models with this prices. If someone still want to get Sam or app are crazy person.
