I went to year 2021. But sadly i didn't see anything related to sonymobile there. When i asked to the people "where is sony", they said sony already stop making phones in year 2020.
            It was a sad news.

But on the other hand, the color accuracy on Samsung's panel is usually better than Sony's(or panels from any other companies apart from Apple, to be fair), and high brightness is definitely worth it when you're in a bright environment. Also I'm not quite sure about "inferior color assessment" part, could you clarify it if you don't mind?

But it's only in the past year that they've been this close to Samsung or even really had any advantages in that area. And only just over about 2 years that they handled some serious quality issues with displays and motherboards that plagued the majority of their devices for years.

Brightness levels, color accuracy while visibily having very similar saturation and gama ability.
However. It's about time Sony went to OLED and stepped up their game like this. And that their first OLED was neck and neck.

A big upgrade that finally made them on par with what Sony and LG are offering for the past 2 years.
After 2 years of using 8-bit panels, their screens are finally above 8-bit and could now compete with 2017 LG G6/V30 and Xperia XZ Premium/XZ1.

About the only thing that Samsung has is higher level of brightness, but with the expense of inferior color assessment, it's not really worth it.
Samsung's new Dynamic AMOLED only has caught up to the near-HDR10 screens from the likes of LG and Sony.
