I'm 100% sure they won't have a gigantic sensor. Even recent FF Cams are at 42MP.

My guess is they will imagestack images (numbers depends on camera resolution) and make a final 100MP one, some one did this a few years ago (I think it was OPPO) it was called Super shot or super resolution

It would pop out 25MP images after pixel binning, which could potentially hold a lot more detail than a 12MP image possibly can, but photography isn't Lenovo's forte, so I wouldn't keep very high expectations for it.
Still, i expect a great phone from Lenovo overall, based on their impressive devices of late.

Considering the z5 propaganda, Z6 may just upscale a 20mp to 100. it still counts as 100 mp, you know!

The Lienovo returns!!! Aside that they have some interesting phone for the price but in China. Here, only Lenovorola is available, so discarging of that overpriced old bricks.

32MP front facin camera + 8MP telephoto, 40MP RYYB, 20MP ultrawide...
32+8+40+20= 100

Merging photos to higher resolution probably ...
One brand had while ago option to take 60MP photos, but the camera was much less resolution.

100 megapixel camera would be good if implemented bixelbinning so that it would combine 4 pixels to 1 pixel resulting in 25 megapixel photos
