It was shating down randomly and there was blue spot on the screen. I received the phone with new housing and new display but the motherboard was not replaced. I was very angry because I needed to send the phone two times. But many of my friends got their phones repaired with no issues. But still I think there is no reason for hate as big as some people have. Some people are treating this like world's first problems

Like.. for instance.. you bougt expensive flagship phone from reputable brand with your hard earned money. Then you found a defect (or you broke it). You brought it to the service center, but people in there refused to fix it. Or they accepted your phone, but the repair process took more than 3 months to finish. When they gave back your phone you found many many scratches on your phone.
What do you feel if that kind of thing happens to you?
Im sure you'll be very very angry and you'll promise to do revenge.
Im sure there are many angry customers here.

Just copy any trendy phone design and put as many cameras as possible. Sounds like a recipe for a successful consumer product and not the kind approach Sony has been taking so far. Just copy everything, I think it is the way the smartphone market works today

What Sony has to do is simple.
As others have said just concentrate their efforts on one flagship phone per year. Use the expertise of every division to give us the what the best Sony has to offer. Take current market trends and improve upon it like what the Chinese have been doing the past 1-2 years.
Only then will people take their mobile phones seriously again.

Its a shame the ONLY trend they followed was cutting off the headphone jack.. and stayin gold old very old school in all other regions. It should have been the exactly opposite and would have been a really solid challenger to Samsung.. Now most of the people dont even consider Sony for buying new phone.. let alone pay outrageous amounts for a brick phone with no headphone jack.

And just because people are chasing bezeless does not change the factually of what they said about durability.
In fact every small bezels do in fact hold a number of advantages over notches in durability and usefulness.
Yes most of those people are fools chasing fashion rather practically. But despite lacking the advancements and practically and only receiving fashion we are still paying more.
