The eg Pix... moreOneplus still supports the oneplus 3/3T with an android Pie update which is almost making 3 years in a row with OTA updates. And still, they are still getting 1 year on top for security updates, so 4 years of updates for a sub 500USD phone.
And on which you get a high tier chipset that actually lets you do something with the phone, not a cheap mediatek that is always freezing and can't even play pubg with decent frames

My Redmi 5 Plus hasn't received any update for the past 4 months.
Is this the sign of my phone getting abandoned already??

DudeMan, 05 Apr 2019You think flagship phones get longer support?!? The eg Pix... moreNonsense. How comes a cheap Hyundai has the same support as an expensive Merc then? The price you pay to buy is about quality and other things. Support should be the same for alla (unless some extra package is offered).

From the original lineup (2017), only Nokia 2 is not scheduled to receive Pie. And that's because of 1 GB RAM.
