OPPO Reno is the better device imo and A80 should have FaceID cause it has the hardware

For me i choose the Reno 10x. I like more its camera setup. And one more important thing for me. I don't want a phone impossible to protect properly while you are using it or handling it. The A80 cases are almost useless, only the luck will save your phone in a drop with those crap cases that can't protect the motorized module that is the most fragile part. So no, thanks.

I chose neithet as well. Both have a great idea, but the execution will be below average. Oppo pop up camera resolution is a waste of space, i wouod rather smaller phone. The same for samsung, but they bear oppo with really fragile pop up. That is negative. Still, if there wouldnt be any other alternative, oppo would win. That is due to the zoom option. I dont care much about selfie cam.

Meizu zero should be great but failed to impress.
I voted neither because both cost too much for an average midranger.
For 650 bucks i can buy Mi9 explorer or 2pcs of Pocophone.
Lenovo Z5 pro GT or Huawei Mate 20 and i can continue.
Rotating camera or svivel one is nice idea but they asking toom much for a tecnology which will impress the audience for maybe 2 weeks or up to 1 month.

Hard to compare the price. The Oppo $600 pricing is only for the China market. The Samsung $730 pricing is only for European market. Other market pricing may varies. Even the pricing released for base model A70 barely reached $450 for the China market. I highly doubt A80 pricing hike up so much to $730. Both base model I'm reffering to are 6/128gb variant. The Oppo base model 6/128gb as well for the pricing mentioned.

The poll looks a bit suspect. There's no way the Reno will out-sell the A80. In the real world, people will buy the A80.

I wouldn't get either since both are waaaaaay to big for me.
I still voted for the Galaxy A80 since I think every phone should implement the camera like this.
- Full screen display without notch
- The same camera for normal and selfies
This design enables the phone maker to spend the money on perfecting the main camera instead of also putting in a sub-par front camera.

Reno just because of specs in comparison to price. The Reno is the better deal. Also pretty cool of that phone to be good to go on T-Mobile, it's sub-brands, AT&T, its sub-brands, and Verizon (1 band away from Sprint!).

A80? Camera concept recycled by Oppo N series long time ago, which will be forgotten. Pricing is also ridiculous for the specs given. A big no.

Reno here but I'm waiting for something like zte axon s phone or nubia x sequel. Or just meizu 16s plus with unlockable bootloader
