Apple is no longer industry innovator - look at the camera performance for example, where such phones like Huawei P30 Pro eat iPhones for breakfast. Also the price is too high - you can get other flagships for less money.

Iphones are nothing spectacular these times. I can afford an iPhone but why buy it if it has worse camera than Galaxy S9?

Biggest lie ever, I've been using the Galaxy series since s4 I upgrade every year when the new s model comes out. Freaking hell they will lag unless you start fresh without transferring your old data, which freaking why would I not want my new phone to have all the thing I had in the old one?. Or if you start fresh it will and before the new one comes will become slow. And I'm not mentioning all the problems that occurred with some apps when Samsung upgrades the OS . Like Bluetooth and wifi.
I have an iPhone as my second phone which I upgrade every 2 years . The experience on the iPhone is consistence , I could.move my data , it will not slow.
Only thing that prevents me from making the iPhone my main is lacking a file manager, and no files app doesn't make it where I cod manage my filesystem in iOS. And defualt apps I want default apps in IOS , I want to decide which app opens which

Anonymous, 19 Apr 2019Yeah and you have to get Android Q when the next flagship c... moreTbh, major Android update like that not so much necessary unless you the type of person that really want to be early adopters. Android Pie not so much different than Oreo. Other than major cosmetic changes to UI the rest is mostly remain unchanged. Just some added features which can only be benefited if you buy a flagship to get the full feature. Mid-range or entry level android phone usually never treated with a full feature from the latest android version. In fact it usually missing quite a lot of the so-called latest feature. It depends on oems whether to fully implement the features. In the other hand, they implement it on their own custom rom which is great. They update their rom to appear like latest Android on top of older Android version so you not missing out on most features. Sometimes, phones that have more feature than the original intended pure android to the point people calling them as bloatware. Still think it super necessary to updates?

iPhones are just getting beyond stupid in price in Australia.
$1,629aud for the base model XS
$2,369.00 for a speced up XS Max.
people just aren't going to spend that much on a phone if its basically disposable in 2 years

Good. Like the Lakers, let them burn. I compared Apple, Lakers, Knicks, and Star Wars all the same. Fading brands. Got complacent and arrogant. Stopped thinking outside the box. Old money and old blood regurgitating the same thing over and over.

They all became Downtown Las Vegas. Nobody goes there. They have dealers that have worked there for decades. They cater to senior citizens on their pension plan. The Strip is where you want to be.

I just sold my LG V20. Kinda hurt because I loved it. Next one to sell off is my iPhone SE. I no longer want to have anything do with iOS. The only Apple I plan to keep for life is my MacBook Air.

I want nothing to do with Apple iOS products ever again. I never want to be stuck in their walled garden. I'll be an Android user for life especially Pixels. I absolutely loathe Apple. Everything they stand for with their cheap Chinese slave labor.

Not really in any of Apple's already obsolete products. With these guys, its always too little, way too late...

Poor iPhone sales? They don't care. The real highest sales is from their overpriced accessories and dongles.

Well, I'd still choose Iphones over most Android phones tbh. Why would I get something like a Oppo Reno 10x Zoom, or a Xiaomi Mi 9, or a P30 (non-pro) over a XS Max? I'd only get an Android over an Iphone if its a P30 Pro or a Galaxy S10+ 12GB/1TB version.

Android these days especially from android Oreo to pie era rarely lags. Unless you really really try to overburden the CPU capability. Of course their capabilities varies between flagship and non flagship. Resale value? That is actually a good things for Android users. Lower price means better sales and more people will want to buy them unlike Apple already overpriced phone that barely get lower in pricing even if you get a second hand iPhone. And the fact that no Apple fans have the ego to even go so low to buy a second hand iPhone making their sales worse. Hahaha.
