The most funny thing is when Oppo Find X, Vivo Nex S or Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 arrived, there were a lot of comments that those are not good since they have moving parts, but this unfinished design that fails day one gets all the excuses, with a crazy price, and all that is actually brings is a bigger 4:3 screen, with notch nevertheless.

Could you elaborate on No.5, the "small flex" in the folded position? Does this mean the back & front panels are slightly bent?

They were more passive aggressive, and I will admit that this never should've happened. But when your a company who's losing market share and have been making a product for 8 years and another company is trying to steal your thunder, this kinda stuff happens. And Samsung did delay the launch now. They admitted they made a mistake and are doing something about it now

I agree with reading, but I as I said, aside from actually having a larger area, aspect ratio is not great, and it can't do anything your current phone does. Add that to bulkiness, possible fragility and possible screen problems, combined with the price, totally not worth it, not even for enthusiasts.

Number 15.
Galaxy Fold look like some early internal company concept.
Huawei Mate X for now is just better looking device in all ways.

I'll fold my wallet and stick with regular bar phones.
If you want a big phone, get the Mate 20X.
If you want Samsung, there's A80 and A70 and S10+ and S10 5G.
Or just get an iPad.

Anonymous, 20 Apr 2019+1 I agree with you. They are all so biased! If apple ... moreThe whole point of a foldable phone is to remove the need to own a flagship phone and a tablet separately. Want to watch a video or movie? Want to read a book or play a game? Just unfold the phone. Don't want to do any of those and just use it like a normal phone? Fold it back up. It's a step in the right direction but it definitely won't be mainstream for another 2-4 years, I'm glad Samsung actually made it a consumer product to show that the technology is usable, albeit expensive

I prefer much more the clam shell style of the Sharp prototype and the future Moto Razr.
I think it is wast of time those book style. Worse than regular phones, worse than tablets.
- This when open has a screen with 12,6:9 .... Not even counting part of screen is lost because stupid corner notch.
- It has less than 400ppi. Too low for a $2000 phone.
- Cameras on the frames are very stupid, wasted of money
- Second screen is too small.
- When open it is too wide to be held with one hand.

Walter C. Dornez, 20 Apr 2019I actually am inclined to disagree. If Apple had been doing... moreNah. Reviewer wouldn't dare criticize the hands the provide free units for them. All of them. Including Apple.
This thing too major but how many are calling out BS? Who in their right minds allowed something like this to get past their Billion dollar fab labs/factories? With highly paid engineers?
Looks like an exec badly wanted his 18362628837th yatch and ignored an engineer's warning to push this to the gullible people.
The idea of paying for beta testing/early adopting a shitty product so future products get improved is stupid and must not be normalized.
