Man.. some people are unreasonable. Its like dropping glass on the floor, and expecting it not to shatter. Samsung must be alarmed by how dumb some people are, and recalling it so it will not be further damaged. Like taking an iPad away from a toddler.

They did acknowledge the faulty of Galaxy fold screen. They delayed the launch and try to find a way to solve the problem rather than blaming its own customer "you're holding it wrong". BRAVO SAMSUNG for committed the best for the customers.

Nothing bad. Its normal when new technology hit, sadly, dumb people. Give someone a pencil and he will break it, so what happen if you give him brand new device...
Also Im actually happy that fold devices are more delicate, maybe now users will start actually TAKE CARE of their stuff not treat it as throwing balls.
Its like getting a car and bump it every time when you park... just learn how to park, and learn how to hold your phone(Like dont put it in the same pocket where you have keys)...

Certainly destroyed phone for dramatic purposes, they know what they did, but can claim “plausible deniability”. Nothing generates millions of clicks like “my galaxy fold broke on first day”
