If the price is right, the Mi A3 and Mi A3 Lite will be a pretty sweet deal.

    I just wish, they make the dimension of a3 lite shorter especially the height. Dear Xiaomi, please be informed that, we don't need 5000mA battery, 4000mA is good enough to cover whole day, but please make the dimension of this android one phone similar to iPhone x/Essential Phone/Galaxy s10e/ Your beloved redmi 4x.

      What if the third A3 phone is the compact one? Something like Samsung A40? That would be dope.

        Now planning to upgrade my Mi A2 to A3. Xiaomi should give at list 3500mah or 4000mah battery to the A3 and 3.5mm Jack.

          Kangal, 06 May 2019It would be acceptable if say; Xiaomi Mi A3 = QSD 730, 6GB... moreWon't happen. You know how companies are nowadays

            hmm, 06 May 2019If you can get Samsung Galaxy A40 for 230 euro and it has O... moreBecause the A40, A50.... etc cameras are crap for its prices. The Xiaomi mid-ranger phones like the Redmi Note 7 even being cheaper give a lot better result with their cameras. If this phones come even with other plus features. Is normal that those will be more expensive than the Redmi Note 7/7 Pro. Although not sure how much each one. We'll see.

            In any case, Xiaomi always adjust the prices a lot better than Samsung for what their phones offer. So i'm confident about it.

              right, but, then, XIaomi need to do best in price, since they are competing with them...

              even, i dont know a SD7xx under 250 without beign sammy....so, is direct competition agains each other.

                AnonD-241270, 06 May 2019If Mi A3 came at around same price as their older brothers,... moreIf you can get Samsung Galaxy A40 for 230 euro and it has OLED then why you think that Xiaomi make the price over 300 ? If there are phones that are selling under 200 euro and have SD710 in them.

                  It would be acceptable if say;
                  Xiaomi Mi A3 = QSD 730, 6GB RAM, 128GB storage, 200 Euro.
                  Xiaomi Mi A3 Lite = QSD 636, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, 150 Euro.

                  People don't care for wireless charging, but please include a Fast Charger and Large Battery. A headphone jack and NFC is a must for many people, if you want to cut something out, you can cut out the Bokeh camera instead. Plus a microSD slot is very useful, a DualSIM isn't that important.

                  I feel like at this price point (~200 EUR), IP68 would be possible, but probably not going to happen in anyway, so why not make up for such a big drawback by allowing for Replaceable Battery?

                    I don't know what the rest of you are smoking but remember, the Mi A2 did not have 3.5 audio jack or expandable memory. What it did have was a small battery for its phablet screen size.

                        If Mi A3 came at around same price as their older brothers, i buy it for sure...but, with OLED/ODFS i doubt. it may cost 300+....

                          Love the Community, 06 May 2019I hope it brings back the 3.5mm headphone jack. Xiaomi will... moreBesides, it's a midranger after all, and by that I meant the fact that it's competing with other smartphones that have a 3.5mm headphone jack
