Yeah, 90 Hz refresh rate screen but it will eat up all the juice on your battery. Take note.

Geeks celebrate. But forget that not even 300 apps open will take 5Gb.

By the way if you get two versions of same phone for example 6Gb and 8Gb to do exactly same tasks, the version with 8Gb will spend more battery.

They dont have half of features of desktop software. Unless you want to use fancy filters to then post on FB/instagram you waste time doing on your phone.

The main idea of the 4K with Z5 Premium was to watch the 4K recorded right after you did it.
In many countries the 4K tvs were very expensive and just started to be sold.
There is no point of having 4K video if you cant watch few seconds later.

Not all of us want to wait until we get home, turn on computer and wait a lot until huge file is transfered to computer. Not even counting fact older computers cant play H265.
              The 4K@30 H264 after 30 min generates a 14Gb file.

You need great connection to mirror your phone on tv, something tons of people on Earth still lack.

Blast, 07 May 2019Damn, that's crazy. What about the Xperia 1?Xperia 1 does not have price in Taiwan yet.
Amazon Germany sold all units they had for pre-order.

The sales will be delayed 1 or 2 weeks because cam is not ready. They are still working on the HDR ( stacking like Pixel )

All youtube videos that since event compare against Samsung, Iphone and Huawei are fake.

FFS .. who needs 4k and perfectly calibrated screen on a smartphone? We need battery, smoother animations, a headphone jack and fking SYMMETRY. And fk glass backs. We cover them anyways. Oh, and I almost forgot. NO FKING UNDER DISPLAY FINGERPRIND SCANNER!!!!

                      L3 is about $150, 10 about $270 and 10+ about $350 since launch.
This price is for 10+ with 6Gb. While other markets pay $450 for 4Gb.

L3 has NFC, bluetooth 5.0, gorilla 5 on screen and usb C. L series get monthly security patch.

These HDR certifications are just bs, especially on mobile...There are HDR displays that are just inferior ALL AROUND in quality(looking at you samsung) except they go 50 nits higher EVEN THOUGH sunlight legibility was great and I couldn't care less about 50 nits more...Why have a phone that can go up to 1000 nits? Pumping an s10+ to max possible brightness in direct sunlight just makes no sense, it's so bright it oversteps the "visible" boundary and hurts the bloody eyes.

Nicolas F, 06 May 2019You are assuming too much. If a person need 3.5 mm jack in ... moreEven tech sites / youtubers do it .. Just read/watch the reviews of the main brands and you will see that the " CONS" change according to brand, not missing feature.

                                My favorites are:

" S10e priced at $750 is overpriced" .... Same price of Xr 64Gb.
" Xperia XZ2 (198g) is heavier than a brick". Iphone 8+ (202g) was never been mentioned.
" Xperia 10 lacks IP68". But it was okay for the $1000 Oppo Find X.
" U12 has bad screen" ... Even when delta and contrast are better than LCD iphones.
" LG G7 design lacks originality" ... But OP6 was called very beautiful, having same design.
" For $850 the U12 should have the Jack" ... Xs Max $1500 does not have either.
                                " At $1000 Xperia 1 is very overpriced" ... $1000 was the price of 2017 iphone X.

The only 4K oled screen for mobile. Screen that has 10 bit colour, requirement to show true HDR. Screen that is BT2020 like TVs. Screen that has 120Hz that is not locked 60Hz by kernel like X, XZ and XZ3. Screen calibrated with same techniques of their professional monitors.

Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and all Sony features. DSEE HX that improves quality of low quality mp3. Music app has let you costumize audio settings and download the album cover like of the CDs.

Camera has stacked sensor like their Fullframe A9. It allows Burst using Autofocus/Autoexposition at 10fps using Eye AF. Predective Capture with AF and full resolution something Google's Top Shot cant do. Video 4K@24 HDR Hybrid Log Gamma, exactly what is used for movies. Anti-distortion shutter and Raw noise reduction.

Dedicated video recording app that has control of ISO, shutter, frames per second, colour profile and easily switch between the three cameras.

Fast updates. Xperia 1 surely will get android 10 in late october/early november. At least 2 or 3 weeks before OP7 Pro. Not counting the fact the IFA device will come with 10 already.

Gorilla 6 on both sides, something only found so far this year on S10 5G. Frame made with metal 200% stronger than series 7000.

IP68 (maximum rating against water and dust)

Low SAR ... XZ3 has the lowest SAR ever, while OP is among the highest.

Xperia batteries are much better to keep capacity after 2 years.

No unwanted touches on side. Even one of the editors of gsma wrote last year that using Find X became annoying. Same said about OP6T.

Fingerprint scanner that will still work if screen has burn in or breaks down.

Sony has never been among companies that boost CPU performance when device detects benchmarks. While working normal for any other task including games or 4K recording.

And just because their battery optimizing is decent.... it's decent... not godly... doesn't change the fact that they are using weak capacitors in very thick bodies at very high price brackets.
